MY SALON Suite | Member Resource Guide

SAFETY MY SALON Suite has a two-door entry keypad entry system as well as common area cameras, to ensure everyone’s safety. We ask that everyone work together to keep our space as safe and secure as possible by adhering to the following: • Do not leave any personal belongings in the common areas.

• Lock your suite when exiting the building.

• Ensure front and/or back doors are fully closed when exiting the building.

• NEVER allow someone to enter the Suite area space unless you are expecting them.

Please do not allow other Member’s clients and guests to “slide” in behind you. All clients and guests should be buzzed in by the Member they are there to see.

• Do not store any combustible materials on the Premises or anywhere in the Building.

• Do not permit any nuisances on the Premises.

• Do not allow any persons to occupy the suite without prior written approval from MY SALON Suite.

• Do not smoke, burn candles, use drugs, bring firearms or weapons, or do any illegal activities on the premises. All smoking should be in the back of the building. Not the front.

• Adhere to all rules, laws, regulations and guidelines set forth by the New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling (NJ locations), the Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology (PA locations) or any other regulatory body or municipality with over sight power.

• Adhere to all rules, laws, regulations and guidelines set forth by any local, state and/ or federal government, and MY SALON Suite, related to the COVID 19 pandemic (or any other pandemic).

These are all basic common sense items. Our goal is simply to ensure everyone’s safety at all times and this is helped by everyone working together to achieve this.
