MASTER BEDROOMS
allow ample space for two couples, roommates, or traveling families. Both master bedrooms contain workspace desks, and our lightning fast google fiber wifi will keep you connected.
BATHROOMS
means that each bedroom has dedicated bathroom space. The first is an en-suite bathroom located in master bedroom #1. The second bathroom contains a bath and shower, and is located in the hall directly next to master bedroom #2 providing a bathroom for guests.
SPACE FOR EVERYONE
Ski families and convention teams need space. The condo can accommodate up to seven people. Master #1 has a King bed. Master #2 has a King bed. The Living room sofa pulls out to Queen Bed. Plus, there is pull out twin size sleeper chair. The dining table seats four and the long white marble island seats three more for 7 dining seats.
SPLIT KING CONFIGURATION
Popular in Europe, our split king configuration offers the ultimate flexibility. Couples or singles have a single king bed by default. Traveling families or graduate students not wishing to share a bed have the option of splitting into two Twin XL beds. Beds are conjoined as King unless requested in advance.
RESERVED PARKING
The holy grail of downtown living is secured, reserved parking. Our unit has two reserved parking spots. The first is underground and the second is outdoors next to the building. Parking permits MUST BE DISPLAYED AT ALL TIMES and will be provided at check in.
