Hunter College

D levashish (Dave) Basnet, a graduate of Hunter College was one of just 32 students across the United States selected as a 2022 Rhodes Scholar — often considered the most famous academic award available to American college graduates. As a DACA recipient from Nepal, Dave plans to pursue a master’s degree in public policy and a Master of Science degree in refugee and forced migration studies.
