WHAT’S NEXT AT THE CABOT?
We’ve hosted kids’ celebrities like musical sensation Laurie Berkner and regional treasures like Vanessa Trien. We expose kids to new cultures, including bilingual programs and the Dynamic Rockers who not only get you on your feet but teach multiculturalism through the history of dance. This series has sprung back to life in a big way this year, and shows, such as our March performance by Mario the Magician, are selling out!

FEBRUARY 2-3, 2024
The first Amplifying Voices 2023 was such a huge success that we’re bringing it back.
This two-day film event showcases the lived experience of people of color. The films aim to spark new ways of thinking, prompt conversation, and create empathy and understanding.
This event is in collaboration with The Roxbury Film Festival, Cinefest Latino Boston, North Shore Juneteenth Association, Montserrat College of Art, Endicott College, Salem State University, and the City of Beverly.

Making a 100+ year old building fully accessible, as defined by the Architectural Access Board, is no easy feat, but The Cabot is almost there! We’ve had four ADA projects going on simultaneously this spring to hit our goal. The final pieces are to make the stage itself fully accessible and to get an elevator to the mezzanine.
GOING UP!
Our elevator is here! It took a lot of support and collaborative work to make room for an elevator shaft in our century-old building, but we’ve done it. Once it passes inspection this spring, you can take a ride on up to the mezzanine.
