THE NAMEOF JESUS
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth (Philippians 2:10).
Ephesians 1:21 talks about the resurrected Christ, and made us understand that He is seated in the heavenly places, “Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age {and} in this world, but also in the age {and} the world which are to come” (AMP).

Here, the word “rule” means two things: first, it means the authority that governs; and secondly, it means the decrees by which it governs. It refers to rulership and its rules. Meaning that it doesn't matter what rule has been made, Jesus is far above all rules. He's set, not just above, or near above, but FAR above all rule, authority, power, and dominion. Hallelujah!
Therefore, when you use the Name of Jesus, there's no room for doubt. God didn't even say to use the Name only if you have faith. When it comes to using the Name of Jesus, it's a matter of authority and not just of faith alone. Think about this: While controlling the traffic, the officer doesn't need any faith when he motions to the vehicles to stop. The faith that put him in office in the first place is all that he needs. And the Bible says, “…God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith” (Romans 12:3).
All the faith you need to come into Christ Jesus has been dealt to you. Now you have authority over every demon of darkness. You don't need somebody to help you cast the devil out today. In Matthew 17:5, we read God's testimony of Jesus; He said, “…This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.” This was addressed to everything that has intelligence, living and non-living things. God commanded them to hear and obey Jesus.
The same decree was given concerning you the day you were born again. All of nature, angels, demons etc., have been commanded to hear and obey when you speak, because you stand and speak in the authority of Jesus. When you make decrees or entreaties in the Name of Jesus, it's as though Jesus Himself were speaking. Therefore, be bold to use the Name of Jesus authoritatively, to control the circumstances of your existence and tame the forces of nature.
Authority In The Name Of The Jesus Christ

“For where two or three are gathered together in MY NAME, there am I in the midst of them” (Matt. 18:20).
“And these signs shall follow them that believe; In MY NAME shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues” (Mark 16:17).
“And whatsoever ye shall ask in MY NAME, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son” (John 14:13).
“For whosoever shall call upon THE NAME OF THE LORD shall be saved” (Rom. 10:13).
“And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS…” (Col. 3:17).
“Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in THE NAME OF THE LORD” (James 5:14).

It's often said and a common belief amongst many that "what you don't know can't kill you"butscriptureshasproventhis saying to be false over time from thebookofHosea"Mypeopleare destroyed for lack of knowledge; because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, thatthoushaltbenopriesttome; seeingthouhastforgottenthelaw of thy God, I will also forget thy children"...Hosea4:6
Majority of the chaos and trauma experiencedbysomanyinsociety today is cause by one word " IGNORANCE", a secret tool the devilusestoplaguehisvictims.
Somanyofushavehadafairshare ofthisentrapmentandobnoxious experience in various aspects of life, either in marriage, fulfilment of destiny, friendship, business, finance, academicetc.byignoring "good & sound counsels or fail to seekone.
Knowledge as commonly accepted ispowerbutIwouldsay powerless if not applied. Any & every knowledge not applied is mere information . The fact that you are informed about a thing doesn't mean you can't live a deformedlife.
Information without application is deformation that leads to frustration. For instance in marriage "when God said husband's love your wife as Christ loves the church & wife submit to your husbands as unto the LORD in Ephesians
5:22-25, the discovery, understanding and application ofsuchinstruction"knowledge" brings about a happier, united, loving and blessed home, anythingoutsidetheobedience ofsuchinstructionwillonlylead to chaos, confusion and separation.
Sowhenyouchosenottoapply the knowledge you claim to have, itsimplymeanseitheryou are intentionally been disobedient to God or you are been plagued by the devil with theword"Ignorance".. "There are ways that seemth right onto a man, but the end therefore are the ways of death...Prov.14:12
The fact that something seems right to you or the majority, doesn'tmakeitright.
The fact that a way of life is generally accepted by many doesn't make it good. If it's not God's way, will or inline with God'sword, trustmewhenIsay it's a sure way to death! Obedience to God's instruction "the application of true knowledge" only leads to this surething"Peace&Life!
Myfatherinthefaithwillalways say, "Obedience might be costly but the end result is priceless" (Bishop David Oyedepo) how true! Obeying God's word you know, might sound costly e.g submitting to an obnoxious husband, loving a cantankerous & nagging wife, been patient withattitudesfromyourchildren that are provocative, might be costly( taking alot from you) but theendresultofsuchobedience isdefinitelypriceless(endingup havingahappy,United, peaceful andblessedhome).
Howdoyouknowyouhavebeen plagued with the word "Ignorance"
1.Themomentyoudiscoverthat God's word concerning such issuesorsubjectirritatesyou.

2. When you discover you no long give yourself to sound counsels, most especially when such counsel is from God's word, either from your pastor or someonethat'softhesamefaith asyouare.
3. When you deliberately refuse to seek counsel and chose to walkinthewaythatseemthright toyou.
