JHS Department attends Miting de Avance for aspiring JHS Student Council

The Junior High School department witnessed the Miting de Avance prepared by the Akademya Club, Bosconian Political Society, and Don Bosco Makati Debate Society yesterday, May 4, during the morning assembly at the Savio Dome

In preparation for the upcoming Junior High School Student Council elections, the established political parties partook in the Miting de Avance, consisting of a question-and-answer forum and a formal debate

Mr Darwin Buensuceso, principal of the JHS department, opened the Miting de Avance with his opening remarks, highlighting the importance and the responsibility of voting wisely

Afterward, the two political parties participating in the elections were formally introduced: Team Hiraya (Henerasyong may Integridad, Responsibilidad, Aksyon at Yamang Adhikain) led by presidential candidate Nigel Ross Sanciangco, and Team Sinag (Serbisyong Inklusibo at Naglilinang upang Angat ang Galing ng mga Bosconian) led by presidential candidate Juan Gabriel Padilla

Following the introductions is the question-and-answer forum Each candidate was required to answer one question concerning servant leadership, the parties' respective aims and platforms, the student body's current condition and needs, and the candidates' preparedness to run.
