#MODWORDSFEST2019 #Modwordsfest2019 and Theatre Royal present The Festival Within a Festival Two days filled with original short plays, poetry, music, chats as Gaeilge, historic chats, secret shows and allround madness. All in the cause of celebrating local talent. Saturday will see Modwordsfest poetry launch, an afternoon of short plays and party pieces, Irish speaking discussion, history and so much more.

Founded and directed by Anna Jordan in 2016 and in partnership with Theatre Royal Waterford since 2018, Modwords is an all year-round Waterford based literary platform for new works, classes, mentorship, community development and above all the first literary based open mic and festival in Waterford. Launches Saturday July 13th at 12pm, Theatre Royal Vestibule. All events are free and staged throughout the Theatre Royal building.
