Alison Goldman, Freshman, Queensborough CC Bridget Lavin, 11th Grade, Manhasset HS Gemma Lolos, Freshman, Hunter College Alison: Campbell is at the top of her game. She’s popular, pretty, and captain of her high school cheerleading squad.
Bridget: As she desperately tries to fit in and find a new way to dance and cheer, Campbell learns a lot about what it means to be herself. Gemma: Bring It On deals a lot with how we define ourselves, which is a huge issue for young people, when fitting in seems to be the most important thing in the world. Alison: Defining yourself and your purpose in life is important because the world will tell you who you are until you tell the world. Gemma: Bring It On is fun, hilarious, and cheerful. Alison: The cheerleading stunts are incredible! I’ve never seen anything like that on a Broadway stage. Bridget: If you’re looking for a fun, upbeat new musical with awesome stunts and a message of loving yourself and others just the way they are, then Bring It On: The Musical is the perfect show for you!
