Freedom of Expression versus Hate Speech

nation

|| Juhi Chopra

In democratic countries like India, freedom of speech and expression is shrinking. People are afraid of expressing their opinion. And those who have contrarian view are being hounded and trolled and described as the anti-nationals. In new scheme of things, you are not allowed to question. A question is seen threat to integrity and sovereignty of the country. In fact, in some cases the Official Secrets Act and other such laws have been invoked to curb the freedom of expression. At the same time, the speeches and statements that incite people against another community and religion are being ignored. In spite of stringent laws in place to book people responsible for the hate speeches, the law enforcing agencies have not invoked such acts against accused organisations and persons whose speeches and statements have led to lynching and killings. There is no thinline that separates hate speeches with that of expressing dissent or asking a question or speaking truth to the power. Hate speech and statements are quite visible. Here you threaten a community of violence and then justify that violence. While in case of freedom of expression you express dissent against the government policies and talk truth to the power. Whenever people spoke about the growing intolerance toward minority and liberals, they were painted as anti-nationals and were accused of misusing provisions of the freedom of speech and expression guaranteed in the Article 19 of the Constitution of India. But at the same time those who garland criminals accused of lynching Muslims are hailed as proud nationalists.

PULWAMA- AFTER EFFECTS Post Pulwama attack that shook the nation to the core things worsened vis a vis freedom of speech and expression. Kashmiris were hounded and targeted. Hate posters were spread across in different States. The organisation and people who criticised targeting of Kashmiris in different parts of the country were ridiculed. The groups and people who came forward to help Kashmiris and evacuated them from the dangerous areas were targeted and described as anti-nationals. Getting life threats, rape threats and extremely derogatory messages have become a new normal. Thanks to some of selfless serving groups like Khalsa Aid

Surinder’s controversial statement about Sapna spells trouble for BJP

Surinder Singh, the Bharatiya Janata Party’s infamous MLA for his controversial remarks, has now sparked another controversial remark by commenting on Sapna Chodhury after she joined the Congress party. BJP MLA Surendra Singh from Balia Vidhan Sabha said that Sonia Gandhi used to do the same work in Italy as Sapna Chaudhary did. Dancer Sapna Chaudhary has joined the Congress yesterday in the Presence of Congress Party General

Sapna Chaudhary Surendra Singh

which did a remarkable job by sending back all students to Kashmir safely, there is hope. And hope is what you need the most.

BJP LEADER’s DETRIMENTAL STATEMENT

“Give me a ministry and I will drop bombs on those who do not feel safe in India.” The statement which kicked up a storm, was given by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Vikram Saini. This came as a shocker after an actor Naseeruddin Shah expressed fear for the society that is inflicted by the sectarian poison. The actor said “He fears his children because they will not have an answer if a mob surrounds them asks them whether they are Muslim or Hindu.” Shah’s comments about Bulandshahar violence and how the death of cow was given more space and importance than the killing of a policeman, outraged rightwing activists. Not just right wing groups and leaders, veteran actor Anupam Kher also jumped into the ring countering Shah’s statements. Anupam Kher said “There is enough freedom in the country. How much more freedom do you want?” Today freedom of speech has become limited more to praising top leaders or speaking things which do not hurt the sentiments of hard-core Hindu activists. If person who dares to speaks his mind is described as anti-Indian or anti-Hindu and can even be asked to leave the country. Along with Shah, many Bollywood actors who fell prey to trolling for speaking up on the increasing instances of intolerance and fear in the country. Whether

Hindu or Muslim one cannot express his fear publicly but will be made to live in fear for an entire life once you open up about it. These instances are not new now. Even different media channels are playing in this pool of hate just to hold the top notch in terms of TRPs. Totally playing as puppets of government demonstrating things in the interest of government. Credibility standards have dip to bottom. Indian media has a notorious reputation for sensationalising news or making claims that are far from being accurate. The problematic way of reporting and demonstrating things on nation television can trigger serious communal riots and online bullying especially when covering incidents like the Pulwama attack.

INDIAN MEDIA AS MOST CORRUPT!

According to the report released by The World Economic Forum has labelled the Indian Media as the most corrupt and untrusted institution in the world. The Edelman report showed that the trust of people in media was an all-time low and the credibility and motive of these institutions have been under question.

Big question

Now here’s a big question for the country and it is who can be trusted and who cannot be? Decision lies in the hand of those people who have that ability to see the truth and can guide others who believe everything that mass media shows these days.

Sonia Gandhi

Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra. It is believed that Congress can push her to contest for the coming Lok Sabha elections. Sapna Chaudhary will likely to be very active and debut appearance in the field of politics may create trouble for BJP due to her immense popularity in North India. Just on the brink of the Lok Sabha election, she initiated her career in politics by catching the finger of Congress party. On joining the Congress of Sapna Chaudhary, BJP MLA Surendra Singh said that her profession is dancing and singing. She will give priority to her profession. He said that Congress President Rahul Gandhi's mother and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi was also in the same profession in Italy. Addressing the Congress President Rahul Gandhi, BJP MLA Mr Singh said that just as his late father Rajiv Gandhi made Sonia Gandhi his own, dancer Sapna Choudhary should make Rahul Gandhi her own alike Rahul’s Mother. Last but not the least is that, if Saas and Bahu will from the same profession and culture, then the combination will also be very nice. Before this, Surendra Singh also had given a controversial statement to BSP chief Mayawati. Surendra Singh had said that BSP chief Mayawati ji who does her facial in this age and does dye her hair in the age of 60 , calls our leader maintaining luxurious life. He even told at the age of 60 how all of her hair looks black.

VOTE FOR WATER

Faridabad (NCR) 16-31 March, 2019 www.theasianchronicle.com

My dream is water, I Shall Cast my vote for who can provide us water

|| KARAMVIR KAMAL Due to lifting large pitchers of water on our head, women are heading down here and truthfully they are getting tired ” – Yashoda Zol, 18 years old was telling me the problem of her village. It was afternoon of January but we were sweating due to heat in this area in the state of Maharashtra. This signs the visible drought in the future course of days ahead .We were sitting near a well where ‘Yashoda’ had come to take water. Three times a day they come to bring water from the well. Yashoda’s village is on the hill and she has to come down from the hill and come to the well. On returning, she takes two big pitchers filled with water to her head. She says, “You can say that my life revolves around water, I wake up early in the morning and I think that where will I have to go to get water today, and before sleeping, the same thing keeps revolving in my mind, Water will come from where. “ Where we were standing, there was only a dry ground all around us. We were in ‘Jawhar Tehsil’ of ‘Palghar District’ of Maharashtra. In this tribal dominated area, we reached

Powerpara village where Yashoda was born and brought up . Yashoda says, “I want water in my house. I will vote for someone who will bring water taps into the kitchen of my home.”

Despite of Good Mansoon, this area seems Drought Ridden

In the four months of monsoon,’ Jawhar’ and its adjoining areas have good rainfall, sometimes it rains up to 3287 millimeters. This is the year when hundreds of tourists from Mumbai, Thane and Nashik come to enjoy the green views of the surrounding areas. Many people also capture the waterfalls, forests and wild flowers in there the camera. But this was the month of January and we were sitting near that well which was almost dry. There was no trace of life far away. Yashoda says, “Most of the time in my day passes through searching water, I am not only one who faces this problem but many women surrounds this village also have the same problem as most of us spends our time in search of water. Yashoda wakes up early in the morning and the first thing that she does is reaching the well by coming down from the hill. Before leaving for college , she would have collected

two pitchers of water. After that, traveling for an hour, she reaches her college in Jawhar city where she is studying BA. After college, she goes to the computer coaching classes and returns from there to her home till evening. Empty pitchers at home are waiting for her. Yashoda picks up the pitchers and then goes towards the well below the hill. Yashoda’s sister is studying at the ‘Priyanka Indian Technical Institute’ (ITI). Her routine is also similar. But Priyanka and Yashoda seem to be lucky to be compared to other girls living in this area. According to her, she is getting a chance to complete her studies which others do not get easily. Many girls have left their studies incomplete for work at home. The most important and big work for these girls are to bring water to the house. Despite the good rainfall in this monsoon, why is there such a lack of water in this area? Is there a geographical reason behind this? The answer is not simple. Professor Pradnya Kulkarni of the Marathi department at Jawhar College says, “This is not a siple problem but a gender problem.” I met with an another college professor Anil Patil, he works on the issue of water, sanitation and education in tribal villages. Mr. Kulkarni says, “The government does not have much work to arrange irrigation here. The geographical situation here is a bit difficult, it is not a plains but it is a plateau region and it is not easy to implement water conservation projects here.” “But it is also true that the responsibility is not of the government only, the man-centric thought here is also somewhat responsible for these problems, it is considered to be the responsibility of the women for bringing water to the house, and hence nobody thinks that how difficult it is for women to do this. “ Professor Anil Patil says, “In an tribal village, we wanted to make such a well through

Boycotting the Dragon TAC News: In the wake of China using veto in UN Security Council against declaration of Masood Azhar as global terrorist and continuously helping Pakistan in all forms, the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) while depicting the resentment of the countrymen against attitude of China gave a call of burning of Holi of Chinese goods and trade associations all over the Country today put to fire Chinese goods at more than 1500 places all over the Country including Delhi. CAIT Secretary General Mr. Praveen Khandelwal while expressing strong objections for China said that 'traders are Chowkidar of Indian economy and as such henceforth the trade from China will not be flourished any more. He said that

whoever stands against national security of India, the traders will boycott goods of such Country. On the call of CAIT, traders across Country gave a strong message to China by burning Chinese goods on a day ahead of Holi festival. In Delhi, the event was held at Sadar Bazar, the hub of Chinese goods. Thousands of traders from all parts of the city participated in the demonstration. They made a small hill of Chinese goods and put them to fire. The demonstrators while shouting slogans warned China to stop helping Pakistan in conducting terror activities in India otherwise Indian traders will dislodge China from India which is largest market for China. The demonstrators were holding plac-

ards in their hands urging people to boycott Chinese goods and warning both China and Pakistan to break their nexus against India. CAIT National President Mr. B.C.Bhartia & Secretary General Mr. Praveen Khandelwal while strongly condemning China said that Indian traders are grossly annoyed with China who is waging a backdoor war against interests of India by helping Pakistan in all kinds. They demanded the Government to levy restrictions on trade with China. Both Mr. Bhartia & Mr. Khandelwal said that largely items being imported from China includes Toys, electronics, mobiles, FMCG products, Hardware goods, electrical items, festival material etc, which

which water could be brought to the villages above the hill by making a well, we also tried for it. But unfortunately this costs 90 percent higher than making a well under the hill area.” “The people of the village have to deposit 10 percent of the money in this kind of project themselves, for which the men of the village refused to do so, why they should give us money for whatever we should get free. I wanted to fulfill because I saw a 7 month old pregnant woman carrying two pitchers on the head and climbing the mountain, but my heart was broken. “

MEN’S DECIDE AND WOMEN OBEY IT

It is said that there is no cost of everything you get and what was the price of this “free” water? According to the UN report, ‘World Women’s Day 2015: Trends and Statistics’, women spend 200 million hours in search of water all over the world. It means that 22,800 years are lost only in search of water. According to this report, 46 per cent of India’s women spend about fifteen or more minutes of water every day. This is the facts of price of free water. Yashoda said, “These girls are coming to take water to make Mid Day Meals.” When we asked Yashoda after watching a group of girls coming down the hill handling pitchers. Obviously, a woman who is making mid day meal for all children, it is impossible to take so much water for her. And there is no source of water around the school. It was surprising that only the girls were coming for water, not even a single boy was sent for this. The message was clear that bringing water is the job of a woman. The irony is that women’s favor in this case does not matter. (Info Sources BBC) (The News is based on conversation with people in the discussion by BBC)

do not involve Andy much technology. Since the Chinese goods are cheaper for many reasons, the consumers generally buy them without caring the quality. Since our SMEs are capable enough to produce these goods with good quality and at affordable prices, the Government should encourage small Industries and give them a special package so that our people can compete with China. Both trade leaders demanded that in order to minimize the imports from China, the Government should immediately impose a custom duty ranging from 300% to 500% on imports from China whereas on the other hand strict investigation should be conducted at Indian ports on each import from China as goods being import from China are highly undervalued. They suggested that the Government should confiscate such material and put to auction at more than 50% of the declared price. The Government

will come to know a big theft in custom duty and IGST and as such can yield substantial revenue. Mr. Bhartia & Mr. Khandelwal said that the CAIT is launching a national campaign for boycott of Chinese goods during which the traders will be educated as to how their money for purchasing Chinese goods is being used against interests of the Country and will urge them to boycott purchasing or selling Chinese goods. On the other hand similar campaign will also be conducted among consumers urging them to stop purchasing Chinese goods in larger interest of the Country. They said that crores of traders across Country will be aligned with this campaign and efforts will be made to put economic pressure on China. The CAIT will join hands with national organisations of farmers, transporters, small industries, consumers, hawkers, self help entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs etc.

Natural Ways to Straighten Hair Without Chemicals Srishti Gulati

or catcher. And leave them until they dry naturally.

Every one of us believes that physical appearance is important. As our society judge us by our outer look. Each of us desires a perfect look in every way ,either it’s our body shape, hair, skin or any other kind. When it comes to hair, hair is the reflection of our identity. Women’s take their hair issues very seriously as it effects their self-esteem. When women’s hair goes frizzy, turning grey, getting dry or damage it really effects their confident. Some of us have curly and wavy hairs. But when they wished to straight their hair. They use heavy chemical product which become the reason of their hair damage. Wishing silky, straight and manageable hairs is every women desire. So to get perfect hair without damaging them, here we are sharing some natural tips with you.

Tie wet hairs tightly: To make your hair look straight without using iron. One must wrap their wet hairs. First divided your hairs into two parts. Then comb the left portion all over to the right and tie around the back of your neck and then pin them up. Same procedure repeat with right side hairs. Flip the right section over the left side, wrap and pin them up. Then leave them to dry completely naturally.

Wrap your hairs in a bun: It’s goes best for long hairs. Because long hair is difficult to manage. This technique not gives you perfect straight look. But helps in managing your hairs. It is time consuming tip. When you are running out of time. Hold your wet hairs like a ponytail near your scalp then twist the hair with other hand and roll the twisted hair into a bun by using a bobby pins

Using roller: This also may help you in keeping your hair straight and manageable. Use hair rollers according to the length of your hair. If you have short hair, use small rollers and if you have long hair, then use large roller. Take a roller and start wrapping your wet hair and place it around your head. And secure the rollers on their place by using bobby pins. Leave them to dry naturally.

Brush your hair until they get dry: This is the most simple and easy way to give your hairs straight look. After taking a shower pick a brush and start brushing your hair until they get dry. By doing this in front of fan will reduce the time. This process helps in to avoid the waves.

Wrap your hair with ponytail: Before going to sleep pick your wet hair and divide them into small portions. Tie your hair with ponytail and then add elastic every inch or so down the ponytail, in order to hold them all together. Don’t tie your hairs tightly because by tightening your hair may leave the noticeable marks on your hair. Then go to the sleep and open it in morning.

Using natural hair mask: Natural products are always best as they don’t include any chemical nor damage your hair in any perspective. There are multiple natural ingredients which will help you in keeping your hair straight. Like use a cup of coconut oil with honey, mix them well and apply it on your hair from scalp to tow. Leave it for an hour and then washed it up with cold water. You can also use many other natural marks. Like take 3 strawberries with a cup of milk and 2tps of honey. Make a paste apply it on your head and massage it, then leave it for 2 hours. After two hours rinse it with shampoo and comb your hair with wide toothed hair comb. You can also make olive oil and egg paste. Take 2 eggs and 1tsp olive oil in a bowl. Section your hair in small parts then apply mask on each section, cover each section with aluminum foil, leave it for 2 hours then rinse it off and comb your hair with wide toothed hair comb. These all tips surely

going to help you and reduce your tension as above as we provide you multiple choices those can make straight your hairs without harming your hair. ”Face is the Index of Mind”, is the most famous and all time hit quote which intends Stylehut to help it’s readers to have a glorious look which is quite incomplete without good face and hair

Use straight brushes: Avoid round brushes as the basically used when one wants to curl their hair or to add more volume. For straight hair use straight brushes which comb your hai straight. And help to keeping them away from unwanted waves of your hair.

A farmer’s death, a distressed family and the world’s largest health campaign

While scouting for a suitable site to establish one of our several Material & Energy Recovery Plants for Tyrelessly, Anubhav Wadhwa visited a district in Maharashtra, India. His initial discussions with government authorities and commoners, led him to a nearby rural district where Anubhav met a family looking to give away their landholding after the loss of their sole-bread earner, once a contended farmer. He had lost life not to his physical health, he had succumbed to anxi-

ety and rising emotional distress due to rising environmental concerns and non-existent social security. Anubhav shares how he walked back home distressed, “I had my vision disturbed, I reached a point where it all seemed crumbling down and I felt more distant than ever from my goals. I was led into several months of isolation wherein I was alarmed every day to discover the impact global concerns have on Mental Health and in spite of existing solutions there is a lack in delivery.” It made Anubhav uncomfortable sitting in his comfort zone again when he realised that approximately 8 million Deaths globally can be attributed to Mental Health related concerns each year and an average reduction in Life Expectancy of 10 years. Anubhav who is a TEDx Speaker, Published Researcher and works along with the United Nations, started Guild Of Nations this year as World’s Largest ‘Think-Tank’ Mission which is

leading Research across the Globe to save lives and inspire smarter choices for a Sustainable Future for those who feel responsible about making a difference. Guild Of Nation’s primary agenda is World’s Largest Mental Health Campaign, where they are breaking records, leading path-breaking Research in 60 Countries, delivering ‘Think-Tank’ Solutions that save lives and informing over 30,000 people at a Game-Changing pace! “We our working towards a future where no one dies or loses any precious years of their life due to inadequate Mental Health support by connecting the dots and viewing Sustainability from a Holistic Lens to influence and inform communities across the Globe” notes Anubhav. As a part of the Campaign, Guild Of Nations is leading 60 SolutionOriented Research Projects while engaging with Partners such as Guinness Book of World Records, United Nations SDSN, World Health Organisation and Global

Businesses. For India, the primary agenda is ‘What is the impact of Urban Agriculture on Mental Health?’ and the team is working with University Partners to efficiently mobilise support for enhancing Mental Wellbeing by introducing Urban Agriculture Practices in 10 Rural Districts by Students who are trained to provide helpful Mental Wellbeing advice. Similarly, ‘How Big Data can become an intrinsic part of suitable sustainable clinical interventions for Mental Health by creating personalised care?’ is another Agenda targeted towards UN Sustainable Development Goals 3 and 8, wherein the team is working with Technology Startups to enhance Mental Health support and is set to deliver a proprietary system which uses past health records to predict demand for Clinical Interventions. In the United Kingdom 26% children are\ distressed because of their families not having enough money so the team is working on a Workshop for Parents Pilot wherein Vi-

sual Aids, suitable advice and training is provided to parents under their specific Agenda, ‘Role of Families in helping Children fight Mental Health problems due to Inequalities?’ Globally, 1 of 4 people experience Mental Illness which restrains them from working to their full capacity putting them at increased risk of poverty and the Global Community a step away from Global Sustainability Goals. By developing and implementing customised, creative and effective strategies that solve problems and create opportunities for everyone, Guild Of Nations is working to change this. Anubhav is currently based in London, but the Outreach of this Indian Teenagers work extends to over 60 Countries through the unique space which has been created to mobilise people, communities and organisations across the globe so they can play their part to create decent work in a prosperous economy and a fair and just society - all within the Earth’s limits.

MAN IN THE MIRROR

Some one who shows mirror to others but doesn’t show to Himself: PM Narendra Modi

|| ANJAN K SAMAL

odi absolutely is an powerful orator, the elections is on the brink, so he does not want to be limited only to his speaking capability, he has written something good after a long interval, and his written blog is truthfully stunning. He has written the same what is expected expected from him. The latest blog that he has written at the time when almost all the big Congress leaders including Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi and Manmohan Singh were in his home state of Gujarat. The congress party put forward a direct challenge to Modi by holding a meeting of the Working Committee and rally in the land of Gandhi. Modi had earlier written a blog on his app on 31st October 2018 on the birth anniversary of Sardar Patel. His blog can be read in 13 languages including Hindi, English and Gujarati besides Urdu. The title of his blog is- ‘When a handful of salt shakes the English empire’. A handful of salt is the reason, why the occasion is the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi’s Dandi Yatra. Mahatma Gandhi is often remembered by Prime Minister Modi, but the purpose of remembering Gandhi just before the elections is branded as completely political. He started in his blog like this: “Do you know who played the most important role in planning Gandhiji’s Dandi March? Indeed, the man behind this successful Nationalists Movement was Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel”. Here we should look at the word ‘our’, it is also for our ‘Gujaratis’, also for patriots and for the BJP. This is Patel who, as Home Minister, had banned the BJP’s Maternal Organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and the reason for the ban was Gandhi’s assassination. However, after the ban, the then Sarsangh-chalak Madhav Sadashiv Golwalkar wrote a letter to Sardar Patel, in his reply, Patel wrote in his letter dated September 11, 1948, “The Sangh has served the Hindu society but RSS attacks Muslims on the sentiment of revenge. In your every speech, there is nothing more than communal poison . Consequently the result was that the country had to sacrifice Gandhi for whom we got the dream freedom. After the assassination of Gandhi, the RSS people celebrated and shared sweet sweets. In such a situation, it was necessary for the government to ban the RSS. “ In spite of this, if Modi praised Patel, should he consider it as noble or a political diplomacy? He wrote in his blog, “It is unfortunate that the culture of Congress has been completely contrary to Gandhian ideology”. But, the problem is that Modi can not hide his vested political interest by criticizing the Congress, but sometimes it reflects clearly as mere a political vendetta. The issues on which he is pulling out Congress, if he is considered to be the benchmark, then the behavior of his own BJP and its inspiration may create problems for Modi. For example, look at this statement of PM Modi’s blog“Congress has never hesitated to divide the society, the incidents of the most horrendous racist riots and massacre

M

Here we should look at the word ‘our’, it is also for our ‘Gujaratis’, also for patriots and for the BJP. This is Patel who, as Home Minister, had banned the BJP’s Maternal Organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and the reason for the ban was Gandhi’s assassination. of Dalits have taken place under Congress rule”. Now just look at the last five years of Modi’s Gujarat and the country in the light of the above-mentioned sentence.Ever one know , how dalits of this Nation are being treated by this Modi Government.India knows that one can not hide , how the secularism turns mere a word in the Constitution of India. Modi tries to show that the BJP is exactly opposite from the Congress, the Congress is all black and all white in his BJP forgetting the truth of ’50 Shades of Gray’ in Bhartiya Janta Party(BJP). In his blog, Modi writes, “Bapu, while emphasizing the spirit of sacrifice, taught that it is not good to run away from the property more than the requirement, whereas Congress has done this against the teachings of Bapu, Only work to adopt a high society lifestyle “. The biggest leaders of the world’s largest political party are most pleased with the big billionaires, as if these industrialists have earned billions by serving the poor people of this country. The relations of the existing Government with the corporate world is the same, as it was with the Congress earlier. Some people even post and share pictures in various social Media in which billionaire Mukesh Ambani is standing with Mr Prime Minister or stands on the back of PM Modi. After this Modi ji has hurt the dynasty of Congress, it is such a weakness of the Congress which can be exploited with a lot of benefits. He knows this thing well. Modi wrote in his blog – “Bapu used to condemn dynastic politics, but at the top of the story, today it has become the prime rule of the Congress”. Dynasty has been the identity of the Congress, there is no doubt in it that Priyanka has been called when required by the Party . In Congress rarely a person outside the family came in the role of leadership. People outside the family were such as Narasimha Rao and Sitaram Kesari . It is true that the people of the two top leaders of BJP are

not in politics at this time but there are twenty-two party leaders like Rajnath Singh, Vasundhara Raje, Yeddyurappa and Lalji Tandon whose children have been set in politics. Will Mr Modi including his party can never deny.

Democracy, Emergency and Modi

Emergency is a stigma in the history of Congress, which is very difficult for congress to wash. The Congress can not have any answer on the issue of Emergency. Modi has written in his blog, “Congress gave emergency to the country, this was the time when our democratic sentiments were trampled and not only the Congress misused Article 356 of the time and also was used to dismiss the then government also. “. Now if you examine BJP on these scales, then you must find how the Ruling BJP played the politics for the vested political interest.By dismissing the Government in Arunachal Pradesh ,BJP proclaimed emergency and the Apex Court of India turned bound to intervene and overturned the decision of BJP on july 13-July-2016 re-elected Nabam Tuki again as the Chief Minister. Similarly, Harish Rawat government of Uttarakhand was also dropped as per the BJP’s decision which was found incorrect on May 12, 2016 by the Supreme Court and declared Harish Rawat the Chief Minister again. Article 356 was misused, If any anti-BJP person says this, you can dismiss it but astonishingly it was the opinion of Yashwant Sinha, senior minister in Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s cabinet. Let’s have a look in his statement He Urged “Indira Gandhi destroyed the constitution constitutionally, she showed how to proclaim the emergency But the current Prime Minister has not destroyed the constitution but he has destroyed constitutional and democratic institutions and it absolutely looks alike the shadow of emergency”. This is why, the truth is that Modi does show mirror to others, but forgets to show himself.

Kanhaiya becomes a threat for Giriraj in Bihar Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Giriraj Singh, who is contesting from the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) from Begusarai in Bihar, will be challenged by Kanhaiya Kumar from the Indian Communist Party (CPI). In the meantime, preparations for the formation of a third front, apart from NDA and Maha coalition, are also in operation. It is believed that this third front can give its candidates to some other places including Begusarai, Ujayarpur, Jhansarpur. CPI state secretary Satyanarayan Singh has said that Kanhaiya Kumar will be the party's Lok Sabha election candidate from Begusarai. He will also get support from Marxist Communist Party (CPI-M) and CPI (ML). He said that election campaign has started in favor of Kanhaiya. Party General Secretary Mr. Reddy and National Secretary Atul Kumar Anjan will be coming soon to campaign for Kanhaiya.

Who is Kanhaiya? Kanhaiya Kumar is associated with the CPI from his student life. He is the leader of the CPI student organization All India Students Federation (AISF). He was elected to the post of President in Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) student wing in 2015.He is also native to Begusarai of Bihar. In February 2016, police filed a sedition charges against Kanhaiya as a separatist and also as an accused of anti-national slogans in a student rally inside JNU campus.Delhi Police arrested him. Later on March 2, 2016, he was released on interim bail. This litigant is still pending in the court of law. At present Kanhaiya Kumar is a CPI leader. He even emerged as a face against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP's policies in the country. He has also written a book ‘Bihar to Tihar’. Kanhaiya has emerged as a strong opponent of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The opposition saw the anti-Modi face in Kanhaiya, but could not become the joint candidate of

It’s absolutely believed that Kanhaiya has emerged as a big face against the BJP and PM Modi. There is a possibility of polarization of anti-BJP votes with him. Begusarai's fight will be BJP versus Maha coalition or BJP versus Kanhaiya, it is certain that the fight will be interesting. If the Left Team has managed to make the third front, the results may be shocking.

the Maha coalition due to lack of political coordination . The BJP's firebrand leader Giriraj Singh against him and who is also the minister in the Modi government will .

Not supported for this reason Maha coalition could not be preferred by the Left parties and for this reason, Kanhaiyya could not become a common alliance partner. There is also some specific reason behind Kanhaiya not getting the support of the Maha alliance. It is believed that RJD did not give support to Kanhaiya due the image of Kanhaiya has been made by the NDA as "anti-national". In the time of the Pulwama incident and the country's surgical strike, the alliance does not want to take any risk in the country's ongoing nationalist atmosphere. BJP's Bhola Singh defeated Tanvir Hassan of RJD in the margin of nearly 58 thousand votes in the seat of Begusarai in the last Lok

Left party united, third front exercise begins Sabha election. Rajendra Prasad Singh of CPI got only 1.92 lakh votes in that election. Despite observing this past loosing experience ,CPI cleared the name of Kanhaiya as their candidate.

Interesting match in Begusarai

Considering the statement of CPI state secretary Satyanarayan Singh, it is clear that the Left is united in favor of Kanhaiya. It is believed that Left parties are going to contest elections with some solidarity with some other seats. Devendra Prasad Yadav, who resigned from the post of Speaker of the state will also get to be involved as the initiative has begun.
