DAREDEVIL “EL HOMBRE SIN MIEDO”: Acerca de los 100 primeros números que subastamos: Daredevil fue creado en 1964 por el legendario Stan Lee, el padre de Marvel Comics, por el artista Bill Everett y la contribución –relevante o no pues se desconoce- del prestigioso dibujante de la casa: Jack Kirby. El número 1 (Daredevil #1) lanzado en abril de 1964 cuenta la historia del origen del “diablo rojo”: Matt Murdock, residente en el barrio de Hell´s Kitchen de Nueva York, queda ciego en un accidente con una substancia radioactiva que al mismo tiempo le concede grandes poderes, como abogado defiende causas justas de día, y de noche se convierte en “el hombre sin miedo”. Si en los primeros 6 números de DD le vemos vestir un traje ajustado de color amarillo y negro, en el 7 (Daredevil #7) su uniforme cambia al color rojo que todos reconocemos hoy. Matt (y su alter ego, Daredevil) buscan, a lo largo de la colección, la venganza de la muerte de su padre a manos de unos asesinos, será el comienzo de una lucha duradera con antihéroes como Kinping o Bullseye. Desde su origen en 1964 DD ha contado con artistas de la talla de Everett, Kirby, John Romita, Gene Colan, entre otras. En el número 12 (Daredevil #12) se produce la vuelta al entintado de John Romita tras años dibujando para la DC comics –el prefirió centrarse en el entintado y dejar su faceta de dibujo-; En Daredevil #16 el justiciero se encuentra por primera vez con otro “vigilante enmascarado”, Spiderman, en lo que será una bonita amistad, con uno de los superhéroes más famosos de todos los tiempos, y probablemente el favorito de Stan Lee, el cerebro que diseñó “la casa de las ideas”, sobrenombre de Marvel. En estos números el dibujo fue cosa de Gene Colan, y no solo eso, Stan Lee le dejaba participar activamente en los guiones. A pesar de esto Lee ha contado en el alguna ocasión que la historia de Daredevil #47 es de la que más orgulloso se encuentra de toda su carrera (¡Hablamos del tipo que creó a Los 4 fantásticos, los X-Men, y a Spiderman! Desde el número #51 Lee cede del testigo del guión a Roy Thomas (encargado de continuar otras series que Lee fue cediendo debido a su involucración en otras colecciones), pero continuó como editor hasta el número 91. Si en los primeros números se contó el origen de Daredevil y sus antagonistas (The Owl, StiltMan, Gladiator, the Enforces…) fue en los años 80 de la mano del dibujante Frank Miller cuando Daredevil pasó a formar parte de la élite marveliana y a convertirse en un personaje clave, desde entonces su figura ha aparecido en series animadas de televisión, videojuegos, merchandising, películas de cine, y últimamente en una serie de televisión de Netflix. La colección de Daredevil está incluida en el Top 20 de colecciones más valiosas de la denominada “Silver Age” de la industria del cómic.

El IVA se aplica únicamente a los residentes europeos y sobre las comisiones no sobre el precio total de compra. Si la compra final se realiza en puja “live bidding” se recargará un 3% adicional. Comprador: la persona a la que se adjudica el lote Mediante la participación en la subasta, el comprador declara que acepta en su totalidad los términos y condiciones de la venta. 2.- Las descripciones del catálogo, así como cualquier información escrita o verbal sobre cualquier lot, son realizadas con el conocimiento y la mejor voluntad de la casa de subastas , y en ningún caso el comprador renunciará a sus obligaciones de compra una vez aceptadas.El comprador está en su derecho a revisar el lote antes de la celebración de la subasta para verificar su estado y su condición 3.- Organización de la subasta: Voyage Vintage Auctions es responsable de la preparación, organización y ejecución de la subasta. La casa de subasta se reserva el derecho -antes o durante la subastas- de rechazar ofertas y excluir a compradores de la misma. Además, la casa de subastas tiene la postestad de retirar lotes de la subasta, interrumpir, o dar por terminada la misma. También podrá rectificar sus errores con respecto a pujas o a lotes. 4.- Método de subasta: el comprador tiene que pagar un 10% sobre la cantidad asignada al item, más un 3% extra de comisión si la puja se realiza en “live bidding” más un 21% de tasas sobre las diferentes comisiones. Cada comprador es responsable de sus ventas y no puede reclamar sobre ninguna comisión. Las pujas más altas serán las ganadores de los lotes pero el subastador tiene la decisión final sobre cualquier disputa. 5.- Los pujadores tendrán un número de pujador asignado antes de que comience la subasta. Después de la subasta recibirán una factura, que una vez pagada, permitirá que el lote sea. 6.- Pagos: todos los pagos tiene que ser satisfechos en un periodo máximo de 18 días después de recibir la factura. Se permite el pago mediante transferencia bancaria, tarjeta de crédito, paypal y al contado en las oficinas de Original Poster. 7.- El ganador de un lote es el propietario oficial del mismo una vez la factura está pagada, el envío de lotes es posible mediante el pago de los gastos correspondientes. 8.- Impagos: en el caso de que no se efectúen los pagos correspondientes, Original Poster, tiene el derecho a subastar de nuevo o a vender los lotes. 9. Artículo final: cualquier disputa tendría que ser resuelta mediante las leyes españolas.

However, the auction house has the right to deviate from this. Unmarked or unnumbered items are not included in the auction. The auction house has the power -both before and during the auction-, not to acknowledge a bid, to exclude one or more prospective purchasers from the auction. Furthemore, the auction house has the power to cancel the auction with respect to all, or one or more of the lots, to interrupt and/or resume the auction. Also has the power to rectify its mistakes with respects to bids or allocation without the prospective purchasers being able to take advantage of these mistakes. 4.- Auction Method: The purchaser is required to pay an extra 10% premium on the amount assigned to the item, there will be also a 3% Online Live Bidding Commission plus VAT taxes (21% only for European Residents). The auctioneer will have the absolute decision when settling any dispute. 5.- Bidders obtain a bidding number from the auctioneer before the auction commences. After the auction an invoice will be issued to the PURCHASER and when paid, it enables the goods to be collected. 6.- Payment: all payments must be made within 18 days of receipt of the sales invoice. Payments are allowed by wire/bank transfer, credit card, paypal and cash at Original Poster premises. 7. The bidder is the official owner of the lot once the invoice is paid, delivery of goods is possible by paying the shipping costs involved and takes places at the buyer risk and expenses. 8.- Default payment: In the event of default payment within the 18 days allowed, Original Poster has the right to re- auction or to sell the concerned items. 9.- Final Article: Any disputes may occur will be settled by Spanish laws.
