I know that being an educational leader is a demanding job, and that you often put in long hours to make sure that the students and teachers of Arkansas are successful. I want to thank you for your dedication and commitment to our children. You are more than just leaders. You are mentors, role models, and friends. You help our children to grow and learn, not only academically, but also socially and emotionally. You make a difference in their lives every single day. This Christmas, I wish you all the best.
