The Horowhenua Astronomical Society: Inviting the public to watch a total Lunar Eclipse from the Levin Adventure Park. This is a rare event that occurs when the Moon enters the shadow of the Earth. A variety of telescopes available for the public to observe the Moon will be available from 6.30pm. Entry is by a gold coin donation. Horowhenua Travel Club: Meeting in the Brass Band Rooms, 82 Weraroa Road, Levin. This month Club member Kate Lang will speak about and show pictures of her Volunteer position, teaching English for three months in
