She and fellow artist Gill Knox are giving their time and expertise for free to run a canvas print workshop as a fundraiser for the Horowhenua Arts Trail. ‘‘We want to make the day really special, something you could shout someone a ticket for as a Christmas present,’’ Ronda said. ‘‘As well as learning to create canvas prints, there will be a scrumptious lunch and morning and afternoon tea made with fresh local ingredients.’’ The workshop is at Studio 202, 202 Cambridge St on Saturday, January 25. Tickets are $55 and the day runs 9.30-3.30pm. ‘‘We guarantee everyone will leave with canvas art prints they’ll be proud of,’’ Gill said. Tickets can be purchased at Studio 202.
