COMMUNITY UPDATES AND NOTICES

» I still see cars with flashers on and no one around. Our Rules and Regs were updated. AS OF JUNE 1ST, THERE IS NO MORE ON-STREET PARKING Violators will be towed at the expense of the car owner.

» Pets are to be indoor pets; cats should not be let out to roam. During the hotter months, make sure pets are not left outside (they should not be anyway, however during these brutal heat waves please keep pets inside.)

» Speeding is still a huge problem and one of the biggest complaints in our park. The speed limit is 5 mph please obey this for the safety of everyone.

» Please clean up after your pet. It’s the law. We are getting better, but we are still having issues, please do your part.

» I hope you all know how much I appreciate those of you who do your part to make sure our community looks its best every day. Thank you.

» My office is always open for questions, comments, and concerns.

» We will be doing Pet of the Month. Please submit your photos we will start in July and come by the office to sign up or inquire.

» Yard of the Month, while we are doing our inspections, we are always looking for the next winner….

» The Office will be closed on June 15th and 16th.
