r. Bob Cooper oversees the entire Residence Life Department and has been the Director of Residence Life here at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology for close to 20 years. He continues to teach students in Leadership Principles and has received the Student Congress Executive Officer’s Award for his contribution and commitment to improving the lives of students. Dr. Cooper is also a veteran of the Vietnam Era, and has traveled to over 42 countries and 21 islands. As the Director of Residence Life, he strongly believes that a positive residence life experience is advantageous to the total educational experience.
