Important! Read Instructions Prior to Installation Installation Instructions for NU-LINE Fenders Consult pages 7-12 of this catalogue for the dimensions of the mounting hardware available. The rear bracket (or centre bracket on a full fender) dimensions are critical in determining which bracket will fit on a particular truck. Determine the optimum location for the front and rear mounting brackets and in the case of a full fender, the centre brackets. Install the brackets as per the schematic shown in the catalogue. Affix all Brackets and posts or side mounts to the frame using grade 8 bolts to firmly secure the brackets. In the case of half and full fenders use the rubber insulator strips between the surface of the rear or centre bracket and the fender. These must be used as they absorb vibration which can lead to cracking of fenders. The rubber strips are manufactured to mate with the ribbed and smooth fender models. Round rubber grommets should not be used. The rear bracket must have a flat surface of 21" by 2" to properly secure the fender, and ensure maximum effectiveness and longevity of the fender. Some rear or centre bracket models such as the N230-PMLH and N230PMRH require a left and right.
Rubber Insulator Strips Must Be Used.
All models of fenders must be positioned so that they are aligned properly. This means that all surfaces must make contact with the brackets without the fender requiring any twisting or bending. Should the fender require twisting to attach it to the brackets you risk premature unwarranted failure or cracking. Drill the holes in the fenders as needed. Three bolts must be used when the fenders are attached to the rear brackets or centre brackets. These bolts are supplied in the appropriate mounting kits. When using the mounting kits containing the N200-SS7 mounting arms there is an installation template included for this purpose. This template is included in the N2180SSMK, N2120SSMK, and N260SSMK mounting kits. Use only stainless steel hardware when installing NU-LINE stainless steel Tandem Fenders and galvanized when installing aluminum and galvanized fenders. The hardware supplied in the mounting kits is specific for the type of material used in the fenders. Failure to use only the specified hardware could result in premature staining and/or corrosion of fenders. Secure the fenders firmly on the mounting arrangement using the hardware provided in the mounting kits. In order to keep stainless steel fenders clean with a good appearance, clean only with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh or gritty cleaners or acids as they could tarnish the surface of fenders.

Limited Warranty All products manufactured and sold by NU-LINE Products Inc. are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. All NU-LINE products must be installed using only NU-LINE supplied mounting kits and brackets. All tandem and half fenders must use a properly secured centre bracket to avoid cracking. Any use of mounting hardware and brackets of another make to mount NU-LINE products, or any modification of a NU-LINE product, will render the NU-LINE guarantee void. NU-LINE assumes no responsibility for the cost of installation or removal. Exceptions to this limited warranty are as follows: cleaning with anything other than soap and water, damage and dents from road hazards are not covered, misuse or accidental impact damage is not covered, damage caused by corrosive materials is not covered. Any materials to be considered for warranty must be returned to NU-LINE Product in Hamilton, freight prepaid, for inspection, with an approved NU-LINE Returned Goods Authorization. This warranty is good only for the original end-user of NU-LINE products.
General Information Stainless Steel Fender Care and Maintenance
NU-LINE strongly recommends washing your fenders with water only. If detergents are necessary do not use anything stronger than a mild soap and water. When wiping and buffing your fenders we recommend using a soft, clean cloth making sure to wipe in the direction of the grain, do not buff in a circular fashion as this could cause damage to the surface.
Terms
All shipments are made COD unless credit is pre-arranged and authorized by NU-LINE Products Inc.
Minimum Orders
$250.00 is the minimum order. Orders under $250.00 are subject to a $50.00 service charge.
Shipping
All goods are to be shipped FOB from NU-LINE locations in Hamilton, ON, Montreal, PQ, and Edmonton, AB. Every effort is made to ship customer orders in a timely manner, NU-LINE Products and its affiliates cannot guarantee same day delivery of the orders it receives. Shipments from Edmonton are subject to a 6% warehouse fee.
Shortages
Shortages or errors made in filling an order must be reported within 10 days upon receipt of any shipments.
Damaged Goods
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect each shipment for damage. If the product is damaged in transit, the customer must file a freight claim with the carrier.
Returned Goods
All returned goods must be authorized in advance by NU-LINE Products Inc. Items returned for credit will be subject to a restocking charge of 15%, and must be returned prepaid. No returns will be accepted without: 1. A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by NU-LINE, and 2. A copy of the original invoice. 3. RGA good for 30 days only. No credit will be issued for goods that NU-LINE deems damaged, unsuitable for sale, or discontinued. Each customer is eligible to return 10% of last years sales.
