Welcome From Our BOW Founder! On behalf of our membership, I am thrilled to extend an invitation to your company to be a 2024 BOW Collective partner! First, we honor your continued commitment to strengthening our nation through your support of all local and community-based businesses. Additionally, we value your vigilant support of women and minority entrepreneurs through your outreach and investment initiatives. Since our inception in 2022, The BOW Collective has experienced seismic growth with the support our membership, our followers and our strategic partners. BOW MEMBERSHIP GROWTH. By 2024, our membership will exceed 200 of the Nation’s top 1% small business owners, with revenues collectively totaling $750M, in 26 states, 4 countries in nearly 30 different industries. Our business owners are also strong job creators (2000+), who average more than 10 years of experience and are actively seeking to optimize, grow and scale their businesses. BOW NATION OF 500K FOLLOWERS. Our BOW followers are both loyal and immense! When you total The BOW Collective, our 200 members, AND their 200 businesses social media platforms, we have a collective following of more than 500K who support BOW businesses and our partners! The BOW COLLECTIVE is powerful. BOW PARTNERSHIP STRATEGY FOR 2024. Our strategy at BOW is to grow through collective capital, contracting and communication programming and initiatives. Our partners are companies like yours whose mission and vision are in alignment with empowering exceptional, yet under-resourced and undervalued community-based businesses. That strategy is WORKING on numerous fronts. To that end, we want to build on our successful collaborations with our partners by intentionally engaging with our partners throughout the year of 2024! We don’t want “sponsorships” we want meaningful partnership opportunities that include MORE! • More exceptional conferences! • More intimate dine-around experiences with our members! • More support, promotion and collaboration with your initiatives with our members and our more than 500K BOW followers. In addition, we will develop BOW financial, procurement and brand programming with our partners in 2024. Please look through our package to see some of the successes on which we are building. Our 2022-23 highlights include: • A $250,000 JPMorgan Chase grant; • $5M in lines of credit from M&T Bank and Lendistry for BOW members • A $600,000 bridge loan from Rock Creek Investment; • A Historically Successful Capital Conference in NYC at NASDAQ; • Walgreens, Cushman & Wakefield and Pinterest partnering at our 2nd Annual Conference, and more! Within two years, The BOW Collective has had tremendous support from our capital partners, including a $250,000 grant from JPMorgan Chase!! Our other partners included Amalgamated Bank, City First, First Business Bank, First National Bank, Industrial Bank, Harbor Bank, M&T Bank, and Lendistry. We want more touch points with our partners in 2024, which will include “Capital Conversations” throughout the year, which are financial and investment education sessions for our members.

2024 BOW Partnership Engagement Industry Days with Partners We have nearly 30 Industries within our organization. We seek to learn more about our partners and their goals when it comes to procurement and growing its small business spend. Additionally, BOW business owners wants to develop opportunities to visit our partners headquarters or virtually to gain insight about achieving mutually beneficial strategic goals for our companies.
Experiential Collaborations Finally, The BOW Collective wants to engage with its partners in well curated experiences that will create awareness for our partners and BOW. For example, we brought our members to NASDAQ in 2023 to highlight the growth and scalability of these amazing businesses. With a membership social media following of more than 200,000, The BOW can ensure that our strategic partnership will be celebrated and supported.
2024 Emerald Gala and Trailblazer Awards The BOW Collective and its partners take great pride in highlighting and recognizing women in our membership who have grown their companies 20% or more at our Emerald Gala. Moreover, we pin our iconic Emerald BOWs who have achieved historic accomplishments in business, such as Emerald BOW, Deryl McKissack, and Emerald BOW Michele Hagans. Additionally, we look at leaders in our community who have blazed trails such as Representative Maxine Waters and business icon, Sheila Johnson. We offer our partners the exclusive opportunity to join us in recognizing these business legends.

Partnership Process and Next Steps In sum, we want to engage in a full year of opportunities to engage our partners, not just one isolated event. Ideally, each partner would attend at least one conference, and then we would work with you to curate specific additional events, such as a Capital Conversation with a specific BOW industry, a procurement educational event hosted by you and a VIP reception at the Kennedy Center to connect in a more social capacity. This is our vision and we believe that the possibilities are endless to foster quality relationships with our members. What are next steps? 1. Please review which types of events and partnership levels you are interested in 2. Our Corporate Relations & Capital Committee members will follow up to answer any questions you may have. 3. Once you have selected the partnership package, our BOW programming curation team members will collaborate with you on calendaring our events schedule with your team. 4. We will also have an onboarding process to ensure continuous engagement with you.
