It is a very fine chain so I understand, but when I brought it to them to get it fixed they said it wasn't covered because I did not pay the extra $100 for the warranty. SPECIAL SIZING Some rings, specifically ones made of diamond and gemstone rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size ornate bands, some silver rings, or rings with alternative metals cannot be resized, so please take care to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase.
PRODUCT IMAGES We have attempted to accurately depict the colors and details of the products offered within this catalogue. However, each piece is hand crafted and completely one of a kind as no two natural gemstones are identical in all five of the classifications that we use to grade our jewels. We cannot guarantee that the color and details you see in a photo will match the final product. The products also may appear larger or smaller than their actual size as some photographs have been enlarged to show detail.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES Sales at Textile City Gold are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for fully purchased products. We may provide exchanges under limited circumstances if an item is damaged due to quality or craftsmanship. Customers must contact the business with their concern within 5 (five) business days of receiving their purchase for an equivalent exchange or store credit. Items returned and/or exchanged must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Textile City Gold reserves the right to refuse any business where the product returned is not in its original condition outside of production damages. CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH A JEWELRY EXPERT ON MY SCHEDULE? Yes! Our jewelry experts are trained in multi-facet capabilities and are available to our customer base for in store appointments during our regularly open business hours.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN STONES FOR A CUSTOM PIECE? Yes. Our team of design consultants can help you figure out the details, weigh all your options, and guide you through each step of creating a piece of custom jewelry. Our team of artists can design pieces just for you, and we'll tweak the details until you say it's perfect. Certain fees apply during this process.
HOW DO I GET MY PARTNER'S RING SIZE WITHOUT THEM KNOWING? Start by asking your significant other’s friends and family. If they wear rings frequently, try to take one without them noticing to our store and ask us to check the size. Be sure to note which finger and hand they wear it on! Each of our fingers are different sizes and they can even vary from right to left hand. If you still are out of luck, we can try to guess based on their height and shirt size (S,M,L). We can usually get within the ball park.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ENGRAVING? Yes! Our specially trained technicians and jewel crafters have the tools necessary to inscribe your special note into almost any piece!
