The Wairoa Museum is a community-based museum and art gallery providing heritage and museum services to the residents of, and visitors to, the Te Wairoa region. The Wairoa Museum pride themselves on being ‘about Te Wairoa, by Te Wairoa’. Kapuia mai rā ko te hononga o ngā wai, Te hikapotanga o te ranga i te tira’ is an exhibition of artworks by students and staff of Toihoukura. The exhibition acknowledges the ebb and flow of two water sources that embody the aspect of unity - connecting the waters and the people of Tūranga-nui-a-Kiwa and Te Wairoa.
