Moroccan-style lamb Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large frying pan over a mediumhigh heat. Fry 2 defrosted Minted Lamb Leg Steaks for 1-1Ω mins each side, then transfer to a plate, leaving any juices behind. Rest for 1 min. Add a 265g pack Tesco ĈÁ�ÚâƧ Moroccan Couscous to the pan and heat for 1 min. Divide the couscous between 2 plates and top each with a lamb steak.
