L’ORÉAL PARIS PURE CLAY DETOX MASK, £8 Claire This really tightened over my skin as it dried, but it washed off easily. My skin felt soft and it shrank a spot considerably. Sophie After using this, my skin felt fresh and smooth and my pores looked smaller. Emma This mask was so cooling and refreshing and I liked the luxurious glass jar. My skin felt cleaner, but not much softer. QUICK FIX FACIALS ANTI-BLEMISH MUD MASK, £4 Claire This mask was thinner than some and I wasn’t keen on the scent, but it still tightened over my skin and left it feeling refreshed. Sophie My skin felt smooth, fresh and very matte with reduced pore size. I liked the sweet floral scent. Emma My skin felt noticeably clearer, fresher and incredibly soft. It was the first mask I’ve ever used that wowed me!

GARNIER SKINACTIVE MOISTURE BOMB TISSUE MASK, £3 Claire My skin soaked up a lot of the serum that was on the mask when I initially applied it. A nourishing, not deep-cleansing, mask. Sophie This was hydrating and cooling. However my skin can be sensitive and it felt a little hot afterwards. Emma I loved the fresh scent and the cooling effect, but I had to cleanse my face afterwards. It’s best for an overnight treatment. FREEMAN PEEL-OFF GEL MASK IN REVITALIZING POMEGRANATE, £1.50 Claire This felt fresh and dried quickly, but I didn’t notice any difference in my complexion the next day. Sophie This smelled fruity and was easy to remove. My skin felt very soft. Emma This mask was messy to apply, but it was refreshing. I didn’t notice an improvement in my skin.
