SHED STRONG If you have a garden shed, make it into a focal point by painting it in your favourite exterior paint colour – we love this forget-me-not blue (right). If you’re looking to buy a new shed, measure the area in which you intend to position it first, and check the foundations (paving slabs or concrete) are sound. Set it away from tree branches and hedges, if possible, as they will cause wear and tear. If your shed is made of wood, apply a waterproof treatment immediately after purchase (even if it’s been treated already) and annually thereafter.
