Pour 50ml whisky, 25ml dry vermouth and a few dashes of Angostura bitters into a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 1 min. Put 5 defrosted frozen blackberries in a highball glass and bash lightly with the end of a wooden spoon to break down slightly. Stir in 50ml vodka and 25ml freshly squeezed lemon
