WE CHEER FOR ATHLETICS

Fall Sports

Athletics

Our Newman athletics program teaches our students discipline, respect, perseverance and responsibility. Being part of a team is one of the cornerstones of a Newman education, and joining one of our 26 sporting teams can often be a life changing experience for a student.

More than 80% of our students take part in athletics, and our Faculty/Staff coach many of our athletic teams.

We are proud to be Newman Strong as we celebrate our teams, and the individuals who serve as ambassadors for our school when they compete.

“One of the unique benefits of athletics is that it isn’t just limited to those who take part on a team. Each of our Cardinal Newman students participates in the spirit of athletics - whether they play on a team or not, they cheer in the stands and encourage their classmates on campus. Seeing this reflection of the Newman Spirit in everything we do is one of the best parts about the Newman Community. “
