Oggi c’è un modo nuovo per combattere gli effetti dell’inquinamento e migliorare l’aria che respiriamo: OXYGENA la piastrella dall’anima di Biossido di Titanio ed il corpo in Gres Porcellanato. Le ricerche realizzate in collaborazione con importanti Istituti come il Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche di Ferrara, l’ITC di Milano, ed ancora le Università di Chimica di Modena ed Ingegneria dei Materiali di Lecce hanno permesso alle Ceramiche Gambarelli di brevettare ”la Piastrella che respira” racchiudendo in un prodotto di alta tecnologia e classe la molecola della vita. Sfruttando le universalmente riconosciute potenzialità fotocatalitiche del Biossido di Titanio; la posa di un solo metro quadro di Oxygena purifica sino 73 metri cubi d’aria, in una giornata d’esposizione alla luce, da inquinanti come il Monossido di Carbonio e il Biossido di Azoto. Una potenzialità che non decade nel tempo perchè attivata dalla luce solare o artificiale. A completarne il quadro la sua capacità autopulente ed antibatterica. Oxygena nasce per l’esterno e per ogni tipo di interni, infatti grazie alla sua struttura in Gres Porcellanato ed alla nostra esperienza, può simulare qualsiasi tipo di materiale: dal marmo al legno ed adattarsi a tutti gli ambienti dai minimal ai più barocchi. Per tutti questi pregi ci hanno già scelto il Comune di Firenze per la realizzazione di Rotatorie stradali e il comune di Palermo; scuole in Svizzera a Bellinzona e in Italia a Montalcino: il Policlinico di Milano e Milano Sport; un importante complesso alberghiero della catena Valtur a Marileva e l’hotel S. Marco a Verona che ha inaugurato un medesimo centro benessere batezzandolo con il nome di Oxygena. In ultimo, ma non per importanza, il Ministero dell’Ambiente ha riconosciuto (Gazzetta Ufficiale n° 84/04) le proprietà Antinquinanti dei materiali ceramici al Biossido di Titanio citando come criterio di validazione, i nostri certificati di efficacia.
OXYGENA: un grande successo Gambarelli
Oxygena: a great success of Gambarelli Today, there is a new way to contrast the effects of pollution and improve the quality of the air that we breath: OXYGENA, the tile with a heart of titanium dioxide and a body porcelain stoneware. Research realised with the cooperation of important institutes, such as the Consiglio nazionale delle Ricerche of Ferrara, the ITC of Milan, and the University of Chemistry of Milan and of Materials Engineering of Milan and Lecce have led Ceramiche Gambarelli to patent “the Tile that Breathes”, hence encompassing in a product with a high standard of technology and style the molecule of life. Thanks to the photocatalytic properties, which are universally recognised, of titanium dioxide, by installing a single square metre of Oxygena, you can purify up to 73 cubic metres of air in a single day of exposure to polluting substances, such as carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide. This potential resists over time since it is activated not only by sunlight but also by artificial light. In addition to this exceptional feature, the material is also selfcleaning and antibacterial. Oxygena has been created for exterior environments and for any type of interior environment. By virtue of its porcelain stoneware structure and thanks to our experience, it can simulate any kind of material: from marble to wood and adapt to any environment, from the most essential to the most elaborate. Our products have already been chosen by the Municipality of Florence, for its roundabouts, the municipality of Palermo, schools in Switzerland (Bellinzona) and in Italy (Montalcino), the General Hospital of Milan and Milano Sport, an important holiday resort of the Valtur chain in Marileva and the S. Marco Hotel in Verona that opened a wellness centre called Oxygena. Last but not least, the Italian Department of the Environment (Official Gazette n° 84/04) has recognised the anti-pollution properties of ceramic materials containing titanium dioxide and have quoted our efficiency Certificates as criteria of validation. 48

Contenuto di Materiale Riciclato: i prodotti del Gruppo Gambarelli sono realizzati utilizzando almeno un 20% di materiale riciclato. Utilizzo di Materiali locali: almeno il 45% delle materie prime utilizzate proviene da località site a meno di 800 chilometri dallo stabilimento produttivo. Effetto Isola di Calore: i prodotti del gruppo Gambarelli sono particolarmente adatti per ambienti esterni, sia grazie alla tecnologia Oxygena, sia per il fatto che la riflettenza solare non contribuisce ad aumentare la temperatura delle zone urbane. Ottimizzazione della Performance energetica: Grazie alla conducibilità termica propria del porcellanato ad alta reificazione i prodotti Gambarelli sono particolarmente indicati per riscaldamento a pavimento, pavimenti sopraelevati e pareti ventilate.
Content of Recycled Material: the products made by the Gambarelli Group are manufactured using at least 20% of recycled materials.
