Lessons from COVID: Stay connected with clients This year has looked different for many businesses—especially those that deal directly, face-to-face with the public. Since the pandemic “shut down” the country in March, we have had to rely more on electronic forms of communication, some of which we may have never used before in our businesses, such as Zoom, a cloud-based, peer-to-peer software platform used for teleconferencing.
