Guardianship Services

Guardianship: BowTie Health Guardians™ provide healthcare navigation, decision support, and referrals to best quality / fairest price service providers. They schedule appointments, answer health-related questions and empower members to become better consumers of healthcare.

Primary Care: BowTie Board Certified Physicians are available from 8 am to 8 pm EST Monday through Friday and can be reached from the privacy of your preferred location. In addition, our physicians provide common specialty care and mental health services, and have access to a nationwide network of virtual specialists to support them.

24 x 7 Tele Urgent Care: BowTie provides tele urgent care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can avoid expensive, time consuming urgent care clinics and emergency rooms.

Customized Treatment Plans: Every member has a customized care plan that includes risk mitigation, wellness and care for the most common chronic medical conditions using Optimal Medical Therapy (OMT) scientific principles, which increases patient engagement, improves health, reduces hospitalizations and lowers cost.

Reporting: Our reporting packages provide a 360⁰ view of your population, measuring Access, Engagement, Health Impact, Cost Reductions and Customer Satisfaction.
