Mindfulness Meditation With Rabbi Jonathan Aaron Monday through Thursday 5:30 pm, 300 N Clark Drive Our lives are very busy. We’re always going, always doing, always checking our devices to see what’s next. This daily invitation asks you to join Rabbi Aaron in taking time to work on being instead of doing, recharging instead of charging ahead, clearing our mind and soul of distraction and the heaviness in our hearts. The practice of Mindfulness can help us separate from the hectic pace of our lives, and the thoughts that sidetrack us from our potential, while fostering a more peaceful and connected life. Mindfulness helps us to live in the present by concentrating on the life sustaining breath that is with us moment by moment. It allows us to see our truth with loving-kindness, so that we can live in the world with more compassion towards others and ourselves.
