Teknikum® GRANIT A product family for robust and flexible material handling hoses with corrugated cover for handling very abrasive substances. The hoses are designed for hydraulic suction and delivery transportation of abrasive materials and suitable for heavy circumstances where the hose must resist wear, movements and damp vibrations. Teknikum® GRANIT CERAMIC Antistatic An extremely wear resistant and long-life version of Teknikum GRANIT® hose. The inner lining of the hose is made of ceramic. The hose is well suitable for transportation of very abrasive materials, e.g. sludge, powdered lime, carbon, quartz sand and granulates in applications where frequent maintenance breaks and hose replacements are not desirable. Teknikum® TITAN Robust and flexible material handling hoses with smooth cover for very abrasive substances. Get what you need Custom connecting hoses, bends, bellows and compensators Our custom hoses are manufactured and delivered by order. Flanged connecting hoses are used to prevent and absorb pipeline vibration, shock and sound, as well as to compensate for thermal expansion and facilitate installation. Teknikum’s range of connection hoses includes a variety of valve hoses, connection hoses, bellows, pressure and vacuum expansion joints as well as large compensators. Customized couplings are used for enabling free, undisturbed central flow in the connection point. Additionally, high pressure resistance, reliability and long life cycle without the need of seals are great advantages provided by Teknikum PLUS™ flanges. The most common rubber materials for connecting hoses are NR, NBR and EPDM.
For process safety, flow & control Hose clamps, couplings and flanges Couplings: Teknikum® GRANIT Select and TITAN Select Lightweight and compact connections for corrugated cover GRANIT and smooth cover TITAN hoses. These popular and proven couplings are made of aluminum or the extremely strong antistatic Teknikum® D-RIM polyamide. Both types consist of two pieces. Flange systems: Teknikum® GRANIT PLUS and TITAN PLUS Teknikum® PLUS flange connection system is specially designed for GRANIT and TITAN hoses used in extremely harsh environments with high working pressures. Our flanges are made of galvanized steel or acid proof steel with standard or special pressure classes and drillings. Note! For this type of connection, due to the special processing of the ends, the hoses are made to a predetermined length. This type of connection does not require a seal.
