Teknikum® Rubber Compounds for Hoses Cover

Teknikum WearBlack™ NR recycled

This black compound includes 60% renewable natural rubber materials of which 15% is recycled. The compound is highly durable and suitable for abrasive materials.

This compound is designed for Teknikum GRANIT®, TITAN and CARBON hose series.

Teknikum ChemicalSafe™ EPDM blue

This blue EPDM based rubber compound is flame retardant, chemical resistant, safe and suitable for moderately corrosive chemicals such as alkalis, ketones, alcohols and acids.

This compound is used for Teknikum MULTI-TEK® SD UPE Clean, FOOD-TEK D Clean.

Teknikum ChemicalSafe™ EPDM black antistatic

This black EPDM based rubber compound is antistatic, flame retardant, chemical resistant, safe and suitable for moderately corrosive chemicals such as alkalis, ketones, alcohols and acids.

This compound is used for Teknikum CHEMO-TEK® SD EPDM and MULTI-TEK® series.

Teknikum® Rubber Compounds for Hoses Inner Lining

Teknikum WearGrey™ NR

This grey compound includes 40% renewable natural rubber material. The compound is highly durable and suitable for abrasive materials. Compared to our light NR compound, Teknikum WearGrey™ NR is more tear resistant and long-lasting in applications including transferring sharp materials. This compound is not antistatic.

This inner lining compound is designed for Teknikum GRANIT®, TITAN and CARBON series.

Teknikum WearLight NR™ renewable

This brown/multicolor compound includes 80% renewable natural rubber material. The compound is highly durable and suitable for abrasive materials. This compound is not antistatic.

This inner lining compound is designed for Teknikum GRANIT®, TITAN and CARBON hose series.

Teknikum WearBlack™ SBR antistatic

This black compound includes 10% renewable natural rubber materials. The compound is antistatic, highly durable and suitable for abrasive materials.

This inner lining compound is designed for Antistatic versions of Teknikum GRANIT®, TITAN and CARBON hose series.

Teknikum FoodSafe™ NR

This white compound is designed for conveying non-oily food materials and milk. It is EU, FDA and BfR approved. The compound includes 35% renewable natural rubber materials and as such it is very durable. The compound is developed for high hygienic requirements and food contact applications. This compound does not transfer any odor or taste to transported foodstuffs.

This inner lining compound is used for reelable Teknikum FOOD-TEK® SD and Teknikum FOOD-TEK® SD Light hoses.

Teknikum FoodSafe™ NBR

This white NBR based rubber compound is hot water and oil resistant. It is also EU, FDA and BfR approved. The compound is developed for high hygienic requirements and food contact applications, especially for fatty foodstuffs and milk transferring. This compound does not transfer any odor or taste to transported foodstuffs.

This inner lining compound is used for Teknikum FOODTEK® D Lacto and Teknikum FOOD-TEK® SD Lacto.

Teknikum FoodSafe™ EPDM

This white EPDM based rubber compound is hot water and chemical resistant. The compound is FDA approved. It’s developed for washing and cleaning purposes in the food industry.

This inner lining compound is used for Teknikum FOODTEK® D Clean.

Teknikum ChemicalSafe™ EPDM

This black EPDM based rubber compound is chemical resistant, safe and suitable for moderately corrosive chemicals such as alkalis, ketones, alcohols and acids.

This inner lining compound is used for Teknikum CHEMOTEK® SD EPDM and for Teknikum PAVE™ air and water hose series. It’s also used for the middle structure of Teknikum MULTI-TEK hoses.

Teknikum ChemicalSafe™ NBR

This black NBR based rubber compound is oil resistant, safe and suitable for gasoline, diesel oil and oil mixed water.

This inner lining compound is used for Teknikum FUEL-TEK® hose series.
