“We’re looking forward to another awesome chicken broil,” said new chairman, Jeff Mann. Run entirely by volunteers, this 69th annual event serves up close to 10,000 meals in only four hours! It includes their famous half-charbroiled chicken, radishes, secret recipe coleslaw, roll/ butter, chips and drink. This will once again be held the 3rd Saturday in July. There will be entertainment galore. “We’ll do our best to insure everyone has a great time and leaves well-fed!” says Mann. Drive thru available. Join the fun! New this year to Manchester's 77th Community Fair will be the popular Pit Bike Races! Visitors can delight in the carnival, parade, animal exhibits, tractor pulls, demolition derby, drag races and even a rodeo. The Fair board invites everyone to visit at the corner of Vernon and Wolverine streets in the charming village of Manchester.

This two-day live event will take place on a professional stage in the north parking lot of the TCA. Tickets are $10/day or $15 for both days. Go hog wild at the Saline Fair! The Saline Community Fair is happy to announce that it will once again be held at the Washtenaw Council Grounds. The fun begins Wednesday with rides, a tractor pull, Comedy Farm Magic Review and animal judging. Thursday is Children's day with a junior livestock auction and kids drag racing. Senior Citizens are admitted free on Friday until 1pm to watch a draft horse pull, talent show and rodeo.
