Fatrix WHAT IS IT? FATRIX is natural extracellular matrix processed from ex vivo human and animal adipose tissue. HOW DOES IT WORK? A new organic solvent-free method of enzymatic tissue decellularisation which removes cellular and immunological rejection components while preserving the natural extracellular matrix (ECM). Made of proteins from adipose tissue ECM, rich in basement membrane proteins. →→ FATRIX mimics the microenvironment of tissues. →→ FATRIX boosts interaction with cell surface. →→ FATRIX promotes post implantation constructive tissue remodeling.

Osteopeek WHAT IS IT? OSTEOPEEK is a porous and biofunctionalised PEEK that improves implant osseointegration. Currently, PEEK is the most commonly used material for manufacture of intersomatic cages for solving the problems of degeneration of vertebral discs.

WHAT FOR? To be used in intersomatic cages and osteosynthesis devices such as interference screws.

PorousPE WHAT IS IT? Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene, also known as UHMWPE, is the polymeric material most frequently used in joint prostheses due to its high impact and fatigue resistance, as well as excellent biocompatibility. Nevertheless, its low osseointegration capacity requires the use of additional treatments and components. UHMWPE foam aims to promote cell response improving prosthesis osseointegration thanks to its multimode porous structure preventing prosthesis failure while reducing recovery time. This technology enables the application of UHMWPE foam on a dense part as if it was a coating.
