Make sure that your HP printer is on and not in sleep mode.
2. If your HP printer control panel does not display an ePrint icon, search for Web Services Setup, Network Setup, or Wireless

Settings on the printer menu to look for the Web Services. You will see a window that will ask you to switch on the Web
Services or set up an HP ePrint display. Turn it on and follow the onscreen instructions to set up the HP ePrint icon.

Make sure you are adding the subject line otherwise the E-print will cancel the Print command. 8. With E-print, you can print up to 10 MB file sizes of images and attachments. Also, you cannot attach more than 10 attachments at a single time.
