CREDENTIAL REQUESTS Please direct all credential requests to the online credential portal located at www.texastech.com. Confirmation of your request will be made upon review by Matt Dowdy and Blake Zimmerman. Credentials are limited to members of the working media who are assigned to cover Texas Tech Football. Please note that Texas Tech Athletics does not grant credential requests to freelance photographers. Credentials must be requested online by 5 p.m. of Wednesday each game week. All requests made game week will be held for pickup until 5 p.m. Friday at the Athletics Communications Office in Room 117 in the south end of Jones AT&T Stadium. Credentials not picked up by 5 p.m. Friday will be available at Media Will Call - located at the main entrance to United Supermarkets Arena. MEDIA WILL CALL Media Will Call for the 2016 season will be located at the main entrance (underneath the flag poles) to United Supermarkets Arena on the west side of campus. Members of the media that will be picking up credentials/parking on gameday should enter campus by turning north on to Texas Tech Parkway off 19th Street and then proceed to the main entrance of United Supermarkets Arena on Indiana Ave. MEDIA HOTEL The Courtyard by Marriott Downtown (308 Ave. V) and the Hyatt Place (2309 Mac Davis Lane) will serve as the media hotel for the 2016 season. At Courtyard Marriott, Texas Tech has a negotiated rate ranging from $197-$379, and a two-night stay is required. At Hyatt Place, Texas Tech has negotiated a media rate ranging from $329-$379 depending on the weekend and a two-night stay is required. PHOTOGRAPHERS Photo credentials and photo vests are to be properly displayed at all times and are good for press box access at all times. Photographers must stay behind the dotted line that surrounds the field and are not permitted in the team bench areas. Photo vests are distributed on game day in the press box. PRESS FACILITIES The Jones AT&T Stadium Press Box is equipped with both Ethernet lines and wireless capabilities. For wireless access, contact a member of the Texas Tech Athletics Communications staff on game day. The press box has seating for 108 working members of the press and a dedicated photo workroom for up to 10 photographers.
