Elena Martynyuk, çocukluğundan beri fotoğraf çekmektedir. İlk gerçek sanat eserini 1989’da yaratmış ve 1990’da Londra “Salon of Photography”den ilk altın madalyasını kazanmıştır. Siyah beyaz çalışmayı tercih etmektedir. Favori konuları portre, nü ve sualtı fotoğrafıdır. Koleksiyonunda 3000’den fazla fotoğraf bulunmaktadır. Son yıllarda Martynyuk, kişisel portrelere ve kurumsal firmalar için reklam ve ürün portfolyolarına ağırlık vermiştir. Fotoğrafçı Elena Martynyuk, Moskova’da Bulgakov Evi ile işbirliği içinde Mikhail Bulgakov’un romanı “The Master and Margarita” üzerine bir fotoğraf projesi yürütmektedir. İki yıl önce başlayan bu proje oldukça iddialıdır: Şu ana kadar 70 çekim organize edilmiş ve 1000’den fazla fotoğraf çekilmiştir. Proje, kitap ve sergi haline getirilecektir. Fotoğraflar, Pashkov Evi’nin çatısı ve tabii ki Sadovaya 302-bis’teki Bulgakov Evi gibi romanda tasvir edilen yerlerde çekilmektedir. Variety Tiyatrosu’nun sahneleri, Bulgakov’un eserlerinin canlandırıldığı ve kendisinin de çalıştığı Moskova Sanat Tiyatrosu MKhAT’ta fotoğraflanmıştır.
Elena Martynyuk is taking photographs since her childhood. She made her first real artwork in 1989, and she won her first golden medal in 1990 at the London Salon of Photography. She prefers to work in black and white. Her favorite subjects are portaits, nudes and underwater photography. She got already more than 3000 photographs in her collection. In recent years Martynyuk specialized in making individual portraits, advertising and product portfolios for leading companies. Photographer Elena Martynyuk is making a series of photographs about The Master and Margarita in collaboration with the Bulgakov House in Moscow. The project, which started two years ago, is very ambitious: 70 shoots were already organized and more than 1,000 photos were made. There will be a book and an exhibition. The photos are being made at the locations described in the novel, like the roof of the Pashkov House and, of course, in the Bulgakov House on Sadovaya 302-bis. The scenes of the Variety Theatre were photographed at the Moscow Art Theatre MKhAT, where Bulgakov’s pieces were performed and also worked.
