he Ultimate Gym may look rough, old and hard but the women that train here have a great time and actually see results. Whatever the training is, from CrossFit to Aerial Silk to boxing, women are welcome to workout. All of our classes are open to women. They work right beside the guys. Our catch phrase — Your Fight • Your Choice — applies to all of this. If you want to lose weight (Your Fight) then come sign up with us (Your Choice). If you want to learn how to protect yourself better, we offer a monthly self-defense class for women only, called ‘LadySafe Society.’ It is usually the 1st or 2nd Saturday of each month from 1-3 p.m. And the best thing about this self-defense class is that it is FREE!
