What did you do before you began working in your current position?

I was a social media coordinator and receptionist. I also worked as a bartender after business hours.

What does your typical workday look like?

There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes — I wouldn’t call a day working for a top-producing agent typical because every day in real estate is different. I prioritize my tasks for the day and start working on those items, as well as provide account management support, after communicating transaction updates to all parties. I juggle a lot of projects, deadlines and other people’s schedules to keep the team organized. Aside from coordinating transactions, I handle a number of processes and administrative projects that come up. Other items include launching and managing new listings/purchase agreements, verifying signed paperwork for accuracy, creating assets for email marketing and making sure no detail is missed, and monitoring administrative projects and performance metrics to maintain our continued trend of surpassing goals year after year.

Why do you think you excel at your job?

I thrive in fast-paced environments. I am thorough and highly organized, which allows me to work well — and autonomously — under pressure. I have a strong work ethic and a team-orientated mindset, and I put my duties and responsibilities above everything else. I am committed to helping drive long-term success through teamwork.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Being appreciated — Nick is constantly providing positive feedback on my work performance, which keeps me motivated and eager to continue my growth both personally and professionally.

What is the most challenging aspect of your job?

The urgent nature of some projects makes it difficult to manage a work-life balance, and having high expectations for my own performance can also be challenging.

What is one thing about you that others might find surprising or interesting?

I have a passion for marksmanship and a love for the outdoors. November 15 — opening day for rifle season — is deemed a holiday in our family!

When you’re not working, what do you like to do for fun?

I like to clean and organize around the house, host gatherings and restore furniture.

Humbled — I am extremely fortunate to have been nominated by someone who truly values my dedication. It’s an amazing experience to finally be in a field where I can continuously develop my professional skills.

Is there anything else you’d like to share about yourself, your job or the person who nominated you?

Nick has a work ethic that is second to none — he is one of the most dedicated and supportive real estate agents in the industry, and he possesses vast and inherent knowledge of the industry. Nick builds meaningful connections with everyone he crosses paths with, and he is a true influencer and inspiration among his peers. I haven’t been working with Nick for long, but because of his positive, supportive and friendly personality, I feel like I have known him much longer. He has the ability to understand individuals on a personal level and provide them the necessary motivation and support to be the best. Nick is someone I look up to both professionally and personally, and I am excited to see him further succeed.

Alyssa successfully manages the day-to-day operations for Nicolas Petrucci and Kaitlyn Pangrazzi, both of whom have completely different business models. Nicolas says that Alyssa does an incredible job of identifying his and Kaitlyn’s individual challenges as well as their strengths. As a result of Alyssa’s insight, she efficiently focuses on the areas in need, which allows her agents to do what they do best and maximize their potential.

“Alyssa is as sharp as they come and a true professional,” Nicolas said. “Her work ethic is second to none, and she possesses the right personality for the real estate industry. Alyssa happens to also be a licensed cosmetologist, so she even makes sure we look our very best at all times.”

Nicolas appreciates Alyssa’s attention to detail, high level of organization and timeliness. He also admires how caring she is. “I can trust Alyssa with my life,” Nicolas said. “She is extremely honest and loyal — I consider her family.”
