Our Ready for Class Checklist is here to tell you everything to expect when it comes to starting your journey on campus. We are here to help if you have questions filling out these forms. 1. Admissions Paperwork

☐ Complete Housing Application ☐ Complete Registration Form ☐ Submit Transcripts • Final high school transcript with graduation date • Dual-Credit transcript from applicable institution • Final college transcript (if applicable)

2. Health Insurance / Medical Information

Check your email for links and directions on how to submit these form ☐ Medical Record Form (all students) ☐ United Healthcare Portal (all students)

3. Business Office Paperwork

☐ Financial Responsibilities Form ☐ Contact Business Office to make payment arrangements • Email Ruth at ruthf@tabor.edu • Call Ruth at (620) 947-3121 ext. 1050

5. Financial Aid Checklist

☐ Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (Tabor Code: 001946) ☐ Master Promissory Note** ☐ Entrance Counseling** ** Required only if accepting a student loan for the first time can be completed at studentaid.gov. If you have been selected for Verification, complete the verification worksheet and send in necessary tax documents to the Tabor Financial Aid office. If you plan to take secondary loans, complete all applications (i.e. PLUS and/or alternative loans). If you are not taking out any federal financial aid, please send an email with your name to finaid@tabor.edu.

6. DocuSign Forms

Following July 15, you should have received an email to your Tabor College email address that will have four forms for your to electronically sign ☐ Photo Release ☐ Financial Responsibilities Form ☐ Travel Waiver ☐ Life Style Covenant

7. Athlete Only Checklist

• Wear whatever you are comfortable and confident in, as long as appropriate. We recommend your “first day of class” outfit. • Dry hair photographs best • Be ready to smile!
