Ways to Get Involved
Welcome to Tabor College!
Welcome to all new and returning Tabor students! I am very excited to see you again, catch up on life, and meet all of our new Bluejays!
We’ve got an amazing year ahead of us and I encourage each of you to dive into your Tabor community! Sign up for classes you need and try one that intrigues you. Ask other students what classes or professors they’ve enjoyed most.
If you don’t know many people, tell someone your name and ask for theirs. Tabor isn’t a place you need to feel alone. Reach out!
How about trying an intramural sport, or music, theater or art? Don’t forget about leadership opportunities on campus with student government, clubs, Bible studies and more! If you’re not ready to lead, you can still get involved and learn from others.
Most of all, take advantage of the opportunities Tabor provides to learn about God and grow in your understanding of Him. Attend SP&D or a Bible study, sign up for a mentor, and lean in when you’re at chapel.
I can’t wait to see what God has in store for our Tabor family this year!
Karen Janzen,
First Lady
