Admissions Paperwork

☐ Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (Tabor Code: 001946) ☐ Entrance Counseling** ☐ Master Promissory Note** ☐ Complete Housing Application ☐ Submit Transcripts • Final high school transcript (including Dual-Credit) • Final college transcript (if applicable)

** Required only if accepting a student loan for the first time can be completed at studentaid.gov.

If you have been selected for Verification, complete the verification worksheet and send in necessary tax documents to the Tabor Financial Aid office or use the Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) when filing your FAFSA. If you plan to take secondary loans, complete all applications (i.e. PLUS and/or alternative loans).

If you are not taking out any federal financial aid, please send an email with your name to finaid@tabor.edu.
