The Present Tense • Present Tense of -ar verbs Read and study the present tense conjugation of the -ar verb comprar, paying special attention to the highlighted letters. I buy a book. You buy a book. He/She/You buy(s) a book.

Nosotros(as) compramos un libro. Vosotros(as) compráis un libro. Ellos/Ellas/Ustedes compran un libro.

We buy a book. You (plural) buy a book. They/You (plural) buy a book.
