The elegant New Range Rover defines modern luxury, providing more refinement, customer choice and scope for personalisation than ever before.
Range Rover is the original luxury SUV and has led by example for 50 years, combining serene comfort and composure with all-conquering capability. The New Range Rover is the most desirable yet, mixing breathtaking modernity and aesthetic grace with technological sophistication and seamless connectivity
With a suite of efficient mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid5 powertrains – and a pure-electric Range Rover set to join the line-up in 2024 – plus a choice of four, five or seven-seat interiors available across Standard and Long Wheelbase body designs, the New Range Rover is at home in any environment.
Thierry Bolloré, Chief Executive Officer, Jaguar Land Rover, said: “The New Range Rover is a superb manifestation of our vision to create the world’s most desirable luxury vehicles, for the most discerning of customers. It writes the next chapter in the unique story of pioneering innovation that has been a Range Rover hallmark for more than 50 years.”
Land Rover’s new flexible Modular Longitudinal Architecture, MLA-Flex, underpins every aspect of this luxury SUV, from its unmatched capability and agile handling to its peerless refinement. By combining state-of-the-art
engineering techniques with new levels of virtual development and Land Rover’s punishing development programme, the New Range Rover will deliver new levels of quality.
A pair of innovative Extended Range plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) powertrains5 provide CO2 emissions below 30g/km, with a pure-electric driving range of up to 100km (62 miles),1 delivering an expected realworld range of up to 80km (50 miles) – enough for typical Range Rover customers to complete up to 75 per cent of trips using electric power only7.
The new luxury SUV is available in SE, HSE and Autobiography models. A First Edition will be available throughout the first year of production, based on the Autobiography and featuring a unique specification. It is exclusively available in a Sunset Gold Satin finish, among a choice of five exterior colours. Both Standard (SWB) or Long Wheelbase (LWB) body designs are available with five seats, while the New Range Rover LWB model is available with a third row for extended comfort for up to seven adults.
The new Range Rover SV5 is an exquisite interpretation of Range Rover
luxury and personalisation from the experts at Special Vehicle Operations. The SV model is available in both SWB and LWB body designs, with exclusive features including new SV Serenity and SV Intrepid design themes and a four-seat SV Signature Suite configuration.
The New Range Rover makes every journey an occasion to be remembered, combining advanced technology with modern luxury to deliver peerless refinement for every occupant, including those in the new third-row seats. By eliminating unwanted noises, vibrations and distractions – and reducing the cognitive load on the driver and passengers – occupants will arrive at their destination feeling refreshed, even after the longest journeys.
The fifth-generation luxury SUV takes Land Rover’s modernist design philosophy to the next level, with a contemporary interpretation of its trademark profile to create an incredible design statement. It continues to lead, bringing breathtaking modernity, aesthetic grace and sophistication to Land Rover’s latest flagship.
“The New Range Rover is a superb manifestation of our vision to create the world’s most desirable luxury vehicles, for the most discerning of customers. ”
Thierry Bolloré, Chief Executive Officer, Jaguar Land Rover
Prof Gerry McGovern OBE, Chief Creative Officer, Jaguar Land Rover, said: “The New Range Rover is a vehicle with a peerless character, from the impeccable restraint of its exterior to the flawless tranquil sanctuary of its cabin. Informed by creative intellect and a desire for perfection, it doesn’t follow fashion or trend, but by a modernist design philosophy, combined with over 50 years of evolution, it is quite simply the most desirable Range Rover ever created.”
The New Range Rover is defined by three lines that can trace their origins back through the generations; the falling roofline, strong waistline and rising sill line. These trademark features combine with a characteristically short front overhang and a distinctive new boat tail rear – complete with practical split tailgate – to create an elegant profile that conveys Range Rover’s peerless presence.
The unbroken waistline showcases Land Rover’s attention to detail as the rounded edge of the door meets the glass in a simple, clean finish thanks to a specially engineered hidden waist finisher. The design-enabling technology combines with flush glazing, hidden-until-lit lighting and precise detailing to create the impression that the vehicle has been milled from solid.
The sophisticated surfaces provide a clean and contemporary appearance – and contribute to a drag coefficient of 0.30, making this the most aerodynamically efficient luxury SUV in the world
The luxurious interior is underpinned by modern, intuitive and relevant technologies, designed to work harmoniously with the finest materials and wellbeing innovations to create a calm sanctuary for all occupants – turning every trip into an experience to savour.
The exterior colour palette elevates New Range Rover’s elegant proportions and clean surfaces while the interior options are more sustainable, responsible and progressive than ever. Customers have a wider choice of materials and finishes, including innovative textiles and tactile Ultrafabrics™ with a continuation of Land Rover’s pioneering relationship with
Kvadrat™ – Europe’s leading manufacturer of premium textiles. It is combined with Ultrafabrics™ to create a defining materiality option that is lighter and generates only a quarter of the CO2 of traditional leather.
The New Range Rover maintains its rich bloodline of pioneering innovation with a suite of technologies designed to effortlessly enhance convenience, efficiency, refinement and safety. Land Rover’s latest Electrical Vehicle Architecture (EVA 2.0) is the enabler-in-chief and includes Software-Over-The-Air (SOTA) updates for more than 70 electronic modules, meaning the New Range Rover will constantly evolve, improve and remain up to date as it matures.
The New Range Rover revolutionises the in-car experience with seamlessly integrated Amazon Alexa2. Using intuitive natural voice commands goes one step beyond touchscreen or button interfaces in helping reduce cognitive load, providing a sense of effortless modern luxury. In this way, Alexa capabilities allow customers to manage everything from favourite infotainment features and music track selection to navigation or phone contacts – all while keeping their hands on the wheel, and eyes on the road.
Alexa voice AI is embedded within the New Range Rover, so users experience seamless interactivity and next-level convenience. Alexa capabilities also allow customers to check the news, weather and for any scheduled meetings using simple voice commands. The system can even turn on your lights at home and connect to other Alexa-enabled devices.
Alexa works in addition to Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Wireless Android Auto™ and can be initiated either by saying “Alexa” or pressing the Alexa
button on the central touchscreen9. It does not need any phone or external device to operate – only details of a customer’s Amazon account and an internet connection – while wireless charging for Qi compatible smartphones keeps devices topped up.
The New Range Rover has been designed, developed and engineered in the UK and, during this process, Land Rover has filed no fewer than 125 patents covering everything from its pioneering chassis technologies to its PHEV battery. Land Rover’s engineers used motorsport-derived simulation technology to put the vehicle through its paces in the virtual world more comprehensively and intensively than ever, completing more than 140,000 hours of computational analysis prior to physical testing.
A fleet of prototypes then embarked on a punishing global test and development programme, taking in extreme temperatures ranging from the 45C heat of the desert to the -30C cold of the Arctic.
The New Range Rover will be produced exclusively at the Solihull Manufacturing Facility in the UK, using a state-of-the-art production line housed in the building used to produce early Series Land Rovers. The historic building is the spiritual home of Land Rover and its reimagining as a new, ultra-modern centre for Range Rover production showcases the way the company protects its heritage.

As well as locals and visitors, Falmouth appeals strongly to those hoping to secure their dream home by the sea.
Cornwall provides a gentle pace of life that, in recent times, has become increasingly popular, and if any town encapsulates what makes it so special, it has to be Falmouth. A harbour town rooted in history with centuries of maritime heritage, Falmouth embraces the coastal lifestyle. There are a plethora of unique and trendy bars, cafés and restaurants, the food scene, for starters, is incredible. It provides gastronomic treats for all which is why, whether it’s a family meal in the evening overlooking the marina at UpperDeck, or a picnic basket filled at The Cornish Kitchen delicatessen before striking out on a coastal adventure, foodies love Falmouth.
Falmouth is also home to its own university and provides fertile ground for artists of all disciplines, with some superb galleries and exhibition spaces open to visitors. The Poly is a great example, with a constantly updating schedule of exhibitions, talks, workshops, performances and even a cinema engaging lovers of the arts across a whole spectrum of mediums.
Perhaps you prefer life under sail, in which case Falmouth Sailing Week really needs no introduction! This annual event draws visitors in their thousands every year and has its origins as a local regatta dating back at least as far as 1837. Falmouth has a rich sailing heritage, as is evident at the National Maritime Museum that sits right on the water’s edge, and in fact the town is famed for its harbour which, together with the Carrick Roads, forms the third deepest natural harbour in the world.
However if a day on the beach is more to your liking, Falmouth has some fantastic beaches to add to your itinerary. Gyllyngvase Beach is perhaps the best-known, located just a ten-minute walk from the town centre. Popular with families and with great amenities, the water here is safe for all ages to swim in and keep busy whilst they leave you to sunbathe. There’s also Swanpool, a little further out but also offering incredible swimming waters, and Castle beach, which is mostly shingle at high tide but offers plenty of interesting rock pools to explore for those of a curious nature.
Put simply, Falmouth is a microcosm of everything that makes Cornwall so attractive to so many. Perhaps unsurprisingly, this is why we have seen exceptional demand in recent times in the Falmouth area. “In fact,” says Matthew Rowe, “after having recently successfully sold a number of the best properties in Falmouth at record prices for their areas and roads, we are still experiencing excellent demand from motivated buyers. A recent example of such a sale is Chy Wyn. With great views across Falmouth Bay, this three-bedroom home occupies an enviable spot close to Gyllyngvase beach. Beautifully kept gardens provide space in which to enjoy the sun, as does a broad, first- floor balcony – the perfect spot for a glass of something chilled after a day spent exploring.
Another example is 13 Stratton Terrace, a Grade II listed residence from the Georgian era. Once the residence of a packet ship captain, who is believed to have had one of the reception rooms designed to mimic his own ship cabin, the accommodation today combines immaculate interiors with astonishing water views to create the dream coastal home. Its elevated position enjoys stunning views across the river to the pretty village of Flushing on the opposite shore, and lies conveniently close to the many facilities for which Falmouth has become so popular. With additional accommodation in the form of a two-bedroom annexe, along with a one-bedroom, ground-floor apartment, there’s plenty of room for a family with guests to spread out.
If you have a property in the Falmouth area and are considering selling, we continue to see exceptional demand for properties there, and as such are always on the lookout for further homes to satisfy demand.
Looking to escape this Autumn? With fifteen properties, each perfectly positioned in some of the UK's most iconic, desirable destinations, feature luxurious bedrooms, excellent in-house restaurants, high-quality spas and first-class event facilities. It's no wonder Harbour Hotels are the UK’s most exciting and talkedabout emerging hotel brand.
Located on the south coast of Cornwall, Fowey Harbour Hotel is a majestic 37-room Victorian boutique property overlooking the scenic Fowey Estuary in the heart of the small historic harbour town. Commanding stunning views of the tumbling town of Polruan, the Fowey River and out to sea, it would be easy enough to spend the entire trip at the hotel, oscillating between leisurely breakfasts, long lunches, afternoon drinks and delicious dinners. However, Fowey has so much on its doorstep and really is the perfect destination for a coastal countryside break. Active days can be spent hiking the South West Coast path, enjoying boat trips around the estuary, swimming off the nearby Readymoney Cove or simply enjoying the slower pace of life in the small town – wandering around the shops and munching on pasties and ice creams. Literature buffs will love the town’s links to Daphne du Maurier – the author spent many happy years living just upstream from Fowey and the town and surrounding area were an inspiration for many of her novels. Guests can also enjoy high-tide
boat trips and canoe rides up river, and stop off in the small hamlet of Golant for a pub lunch. The woodlands surrounding the river are also said to be inspiration for the novelist Kenneth Grahame, who wrote The Wind In The Willows. Back at the hotel, the charming nautically-themed rooms are perfect for resting weary heads after a busy day out exploring. The property also has a fabulous restaurant – Harbour Kitchen, Bar & Terrace – a casual all-day dining affair with seasonal and locally-sourced cuisine. Think Cornish crab, Moules marinière and fish and chips. The bar serves up locally-made gins, cocktails, local craft beers and wine alongside one of the most enviable views in the town. The massive windows in the bar allow for stunning panoramic views and if the English summer is kind enough, guests can enjoy their drinks and food on the outdoor terrace.

Winding its way gently in land, the Camel Estuary is a walkers’ dream, a sailors sanctuary, a wildlife haven and home to some of the most esteemed chefs and restauranteurs in Cornwall. It is therefore no surprise that the Camel Estuary has become a shining light of promise to those seeking relief to their increasingly busy and stressful lifestyle. More now than ever, homeowners have found themselves examining their lifestyles and finding a new understanding to what is important.
If sailing is how you find your escape, then the Camel Estuary is home to some of the UK’s most spectacular sailing waters - particularly in Rock. Rock Sailing Club in particular champions the philosophy and traditions of good seamanship. If you are unfamiliar with the waters there are a number of tour agencies providing trips which are perfect for showing you the wildlife, fishing spots, sailing routes the Camel Estuary has to offer. If your sea legs are a little wobbly and being solid ground is more in line with your version of a good time, the estuary provides some of the best cycling routes in Cornwall. In particular the Camel Trail is accessible for all age groups and ability - this easy rides takes it plenty of stunning scenery and there are a whole host of delicious places to enjoy a spot of food as you go along. For beach lovers - the famous 7 bays that surround the Camel Estuary provide all the sun, sea and sand you could ask for.
However you choose to enjoy the Camel Estuary, it is bound to work up an appetite and Padstow has put forward a very strong case for why it is the culinary capital of Cornwall. Celebrity chefs such as Rick Stein, Paul Ainsworth and Nathan Outlaw have all chosen Padstow as the perfect location for their restaurants and this is why foodies from all over flock here each and every year.
Whilst all of the above is certainly enough of a draw to bring buyers to the Camel Estuary, the quality of property found here is also significant. Take Trevoseen, for example; a five/six-bedroom coastal home with outstanding sea views across the entirety of Trevone Bay. Striking and exceptionally spacious, the house has been designed to maximise the stunning, uninterrupted sea views. Set out over three floors, the accommodation and living spaces provide ample room to spread out, with floor-to-ceiling windows opening out onto the terrace and providing the ocean views beyond. With beautifully set-out gardens, a broad sun terrace and an excellent, recently built summer house at the bottom of the garden that’s perfect for entertaining, Trevoseen is a prime example of the quality buyers have come to expect from property in the Padstow area.
If something more rural is what you dream of - Great Engollan Farm, sold in summer 2022, is a beautiful former farmhouse with five bedrooms in the main house and an additional one bedroom cottage - perfect for large families or those looking for a little additional income. On top of this, being only two miles from Porthcothan Bay, Great Engollan provided the space and lifestyle opportunities so many were longing for after two years of lockdowns.
Throughout 2023 and beyond we will continue to bring properties in and around the highly desirable Camel Estuary to the market, so if you are looking to purchase or if you are looking to sell, be sure to get in touch and register your details.
The Saint Piran Women’s Racing Team was established in 2020 as part of the overall Saint Piran team. Whilst taking influence from the Men’s Team, the Women’s team have secured their own identity whilst sharing the same values and ethos of equal opportunity, while supporting and developing riders in a fun and proactive environment.
Saint Piran works with riders of all abilities and across various disciplines to develop the Team into well-rounded, competitive sports women. The Women’s Team initially began with a small group of riders within their own Development Team but has since grown to the team that it is todaycompetitively racing across a range of disciplines in the domestic calendar, with big plans to take on the international stage.
In 2022 the Saint Piran Women’s Team also launched the Women’s Race League. Saint Piran identified the frequent low numbers of participation in women’s racing in the South West, so implemented plans to bridge the gap. Alongside the addition of the Development Team, Saint Piran Women run a
race league across the South West region with the hope to encourage participation in a range of races and across all abilities of riders. The team is extremely excited at the prospect of this league, and can’t wait to see it develop and grow along with women’s racingparticularly in the South West of England.
Saint Piran Women’s Race Team is undergoing a restructure as it heads into its 3rd year. 2023 will see the current team take a change in its direction, we have always been very driven towards rider development and offering opportunity. Whilst this is still a very big factor in this new direction, we are pulling together a team which has a combination of greater experience and talent and the ability to be more results-driven. We have worked hard with our partners and sponsors to be confident in our offering which is the equivalent to what our Men’s Conti team provide for their riders, not only in terms of product, and kit but also race calendar. We have often used the word ‘parity’ and having the ability to learn from both our own setup as well as our Men’s teams definitely gives us a big advantage.
The Team prides itself on a grassroots focus and supporting its local community in the South West of England. Through its development and Team expertise, Saint Piran identified gaps in women’s racing and cycling, so decided to do something about it.
With Saint Piran WRT refocusing its ambitions, we feel it’s vital to keep the door open for all abilities. We can now share the news of our new addition ‘0503’. This was initially introduced as a Men’s development team in 2022 and we are now adding a women’s structure within it. The Women’s 0503 team will be run separately to all other teams with its own ds and mechanic whilst still enjoying the benefits of the great support network that has been built around and within the Saint Piran brand as a whole. This team will be largely focused on rider development with regular on and offthe-bike training sessions designed to cover a vast array of topics.
I’m delighted for Jacob, that he’s got such a high on the end of what has been a difficult season. It’s just rewards for somebody who just loves riding his bike. At Saint Piran, we absolutely delighted for him and were hoping to start a nice gravel CX platform and just enjoy where it takes us. But for now, we would like to congratulate Jacob and all that has achieved!”
Overall 2022 has been a fantastic year for Saint Piran Cycling - The Tour of Britain was a stellar occasion for Saint Piran, with not only 100s of hours of prime-time telly which is the standard or marker for a pro team - but a working environment to product test the latest bike tyres in the industry. Saint Piran would like to congratulate our rider Jacob Vaughan on becoming British Gravel Champion at the King’s Cup Gravel Festival on Saturday the 24th of September. At the end of the final lap, Jacob was placed in an excellent position within a break of 9 riders leading to a nailbiting sprint to the finish which would crown him national champion.
After trying and failing to sell our beautiful home in Falmouth through a local agent, we instructed Rohrs and Rowe. Their marketing had a remarkable impact, we immediately had a number of viewings and they quickly found us an appropriate buyer. Their service has been superb - for instance, they were always happy to meet with us face to face rather than over the phone. We’re delighted we chose them and have no hesitation in recommending Rohrs and Rowe to anyone wanting to sell in Falmouth or anywhere in Cornwall.
We were recommended to Rohrs & Rowe by a trusted friend. After the initial meeting we knew that we wouldn’t need to spend time talking to other estate agents, Matthew came across as knowledgeable, professional and gave us confidence that Rohrs & Rowe were the right people to handle our sale. Their marketing has been superb with top-class photography, video and drone shots. Once the house was marketed, Matthew was on hand for viewings; and when our buyers found us, the whole process was dealt with smoothly and professionally. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Rohrs & Rowe for your sale.
Having recently instructed Rohrs & Rowe to sell my waterfront property in Porthpean, it has now become clear why they have been voted Cornwall's Best Estate Agent multiple times. The property had been unsuccessfully marketed by another national estate agency before we were recommended to Rohrs & Rowe. From our first meeting with Martyn through to the completion of the sale, Rohrs & Rowe were totally professional. Their advice was clear and direct without the usual waffle/false promises that I've come to expect from many years of dealing with estate agents. The production of our brochure and the overall marketing was truly the best that I've ever seen. Martyn and the team at R&R lead their field and were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
We purchased from Rohrs & Rowe and I must say it was very professionally done. Matthew is a real star and a great communicator and very straight forward. Nothing was too much trouble, if we ever sell he would be the first I would call. Thank you!
