Powells are based in the attractive Welsh border town of Monmouth, strategically located on the A40, between the M4, M50 & M5 which allows excellent accessibility for serving clients across Wales and the Midlands, as well as many nationally located clients. The practice is headed by Managing Director David Powell who is a well established name in the rural property sector. David formerly worked for a national firm of Rural Chartered Surveyors prior to establishing Powells in 2011.

The Powells team includes fellow Director Sally Powell and Practice Manager Sally Richardson who support the principal professional team of Julie Jenkins (Property Management), Stuart Leaver (Head of Planning & Development), Emily Hammick (Land and Planning Manager), Abbie Young (Director –Sales Manager), Lucy Hodges (Senior Sales Negotiator), Christopher Taylor (Senior Sales Negotiator), David Russell (Property and Land Agent) and Edward Fletcher (Associate Rural Surveyor).
