We are doing things like last year...the church will provide turkey, dressing, and gravy. We ask that everyone sign up to bring a dish. Reservations should be made for each person attending so we can have an accurate count.
Ministry Opportunities •Senior Adult Choir- Monday, November 11, 10:00 a.m. at Elmcroft - We will meet there.
•Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Packing Party - Monday, November 11,
10:00 a.m. - Our children are invited to come help pack shoeboxes. Parents are requested to stay. We will go to Chick-fil-a for lunch afterwards. Bring money for lunch and a few dollars to help with shipping costs for the boxes. For information, contact Stephanie Holmes (Stephanie@taylorroad.org). •Reality & Truth Ministry - Tuesday, November 12 - We meet at the church at 4:15 p.m. to be ready to serve the meal at 5:00 p.m. Contact Jim Levy or Dean Finch if you have questions or would like to volunteer. •Next Steps Opportunities: New Members Class & Lunch: Sunday, November 17. Next Steps Kids: Beginning Sunday, November 17, during the Sunday School hour, Stephanie & Pastor Daniel will teach a class for children Kindergarten-5th grade who feel led to take their next steps following Jesus and baptism. Contact stephanie@taylorroad.org for information or to sign-up. •Angel Tree - Angel Tree is a ministry that reaches out to the children of inmates and their families. A tree with names and sign-up will be located in the Grand Foyer beginning Sunday, November 24. Gifts are due back on December 8 and delivery is December 14. Please see Eric Anderson for more information or to volunteer to deliver gifts. •Ministry Opportunity - Bell Ringers are needed on December 6-7 for the Salvation Army. All it takes is willingness and 2 hours of your time. It’s great for the whole family! Show Christ’s love to those out shopping at the Chantilly Walmart. To volunteer or get more information, contact Cheryl Missildine (399-1272) or Ellie Ray (320-5658). •Senior Adult Calloway Gardens Tour - Monday, December 9, 2019. The cost will be $26 for the garden tour and transportation. There will be an additional expense for your evening meal. The deadline to sign-up and pay is TODAY.
