The salad that started it all. Since 1987 we’ve been blending this salad up with shrimp and spices, then mixed into a creamy masterpiece. Perfect served on top of a bed of lettuce or as a sandwich or wrap!

Shrimp Salad Ingredients 5 pounds medium peeled deveined shrimp 1/2 cup diced celery 1/2 cup diced yellow onion 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar 3 cups mayo 3 tablespoons dill 1-2 teaspoons ground black pepper 1-2 teaspoons sugar 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions Old Bay Seasoning 54

Instructions Cook the shrimp in boiled water seasoned with Old Bay, drain and cool in cold water to stop the cooking process. Mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly. Add in cooked shrimp. Feel free to adjust the seasoning to suit your personal tastes. Yields 12+ servings.
