The Cross Country Norfolk Finals at Wymondham College on Tuesday February 3rd were contested in very muddy conditions but two children qualified for the Norfolk County Finals. Well done! The first Football Club session was held on 23rd February and the Garden Gang Club 26th commenced again on 26th February. Swimming lessons for Years 3 and 4 began on 2nd March. On Tuesday 3rd March children from Years R, 1 and 2 attended a Dance Festival at Long Stratton Leisure Centre. On 6th March Year 6 children had a Maths Fun Day at Long Stratton High School. On Friday 13th March, the School Council asked for each child to dress in one colour, make a Funny Face or do both, contributing ÂŁ1 towards the Red Nose Day Charity. On Friday 20th March Friends organised a Bingo night. A sum of ÂŁ280 was raised. Monday 23rd - Wednesday 25th March was Year 5 and 6 Residential Trip to Hill Top Activity Centre. The children enjoyed the many challenges they met there, overcoming some of their fears of heights etc. As usual we are pleased to report the behaviour of the children was very good. An Easter Hat Parade and Easter Celebration Assembly took place in school on Friday 27th March. 16
