FROZEN DOGGIE TREATS Tara’s home is never complete without her beloved pups! Frozen Doggie Treats are a puppy approved Summer snack! INGREDIENTS: • ½ Cup Peanut Butter • 6 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt • 1 Banana, mashed
PREP TIME: 15 Minutes
DIRECTIONS: 1. Melt peanut butter in a 1 qt. Bowl. 2. Add the greek yogurt and mashed banana. Stir until smooth. 3. Drop nickel to quarter sized treats on your Unlimit-lid® using a spoon or frosting bag. 4. Place the full Unlimit-lid in your freezer for at least 30 minutes. Transfer your pup’s treats to a freezer safe container. Serve frozen.

RAINBOW RIBBON SALAD PREP TIME: 15 Minutes YIELDS: 4 Servings INGREDIENTS: • 1 Zucchini • 1 Yellow Squash • 3 Large Rainbow Carrots • ¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice • ½ tsp. Salt • ¼ tsp. Black Pepper • 2 oz. Pecorino Romano Cheese DIRECTIONS: 1. Using your Tara at Home® Serrated Peeler, shave the zucchini, yellow squash and carrots lengthwise into thin ribbons. 2. Toss ribbons together in an 11x7 Tara at Home Baker. 3. In a 1 qt. Tara at Home Bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Slice avocados in half, remove pits and peels. 2. Mash the avocados until the consistency is smooth. 3. Mix in dip packet, lime juice and salt. 4. DIRECTIONS: 1. Combine ricotta cheese and Oh My Garlic Dip Packet. Chill for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to come together. 2. Meanwhile, lightly brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil. 3. Toast at 400°F until lightly browned (3-5 minutes). Remove from oven and let cool. 4. Layer the arugula, ricotta cheese and prosciutto on top of the toasted slices. 5. Serve immediately.

DIRECTIONS: 1. Lightly brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil. 2. Toast at 400°F until lightly browned (3-5 minutes). Remove from oven and let cool. 3. Layer toasted slices with goat cheese, chopped strawberries and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. 5.
