Tara
It seems like only a short while ago we started to shed our winter coats as we were preparing for Spring. Time sure does fly when we’re having fun. And, that’s exactly what we do here at Tara at Home, we have fun in everything we do. How do you know for sure? Just look at all the smiles of those around you, even in this very moment. What’s been making me smile? I’ve been on the road sharing our mission and vision, meeting with our Leaders, Consultants, Hostesses and Customers across the country and it’s always so inspiring when I have conversations with the people whose lives we are changing. From flexible income to finally taking that family vacation, to the new college graduate that wants to pay for her nights out on the town with ease, to saving for college tuition or piano lessons, to justifying that monthly luxurious spa treatment, (whatever the reason!) I absolutely revel in each success story. After launching this ground floor business last year, I must say that some of the most powerful stories that have been shared with me are the stories of self confidence, joy and happiness from those that have found the pep in their step that they say they lost long ago. And it’s for various reasons—from contributing to the family finances again, to quitting a job that wasn’t fulfilling and certainly the simple stories of those that have used our products as the excuse to gather their loved ones together to catch up, enjoy each other’s company and create lasting memories. I am a huge believer that it’s not about what’s on the table, it’s about who’s around the table that truly matters. I adore when you share pictures of your special moments with us, because they truly say a thousand words. These shared stories tell me that our mission of gathering people together is not only alive and working, but something so great that it can’t even be put into words. I look forward to gathering with you as I continue my travels and mostly, I look forward to hearing more of the stories that you share about how Tara at Home is magically transforming your life and the lives of those you love.

Spice, Spice Baby Chicken Enchiladas Main Course 13”x9” Baker Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 25–30 minutes Yied: 4 servings 2 cups tomato sauce 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 pack Spice, Spice Baby Dip Mix 8 flour or corn tortillas 3 cups shredded chicken 3 cups Monterey or Cheddar Jack cheese 1 can diced green chilies 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed 1/2 bunch scallions, chopped 2 Tbsps. olive oil
Preheat oven to 375OF. Place tomato sauce, cinnamon, garlic and all but 1 teaspoon of the Spice, Spice Baby Dip Mix in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside. Place warm tortillas in the microwave and wrap in damp paper towels for a few seconds to soften. Set aside. In a medium mixing bowl toss chicken with remaining teaspoon of spice mix, 1 cup of cheese and diced chilies. Place softened tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon cheese, then chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with black beans and roll each one up into a cigar shape. Line up stuffed tortillas in your Tara at HomeTM 13”x9” baker, seam side down. Brush with olive oil. Pour sauce over the top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and scallions. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and browned. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and jalapeños, if desired.

Chicken Kabobs with Spicy CucumberTatziki Sauce Entree 13”x9” Unlimit-lidTM Prep Time: 20 minutes + 1 hour Cook Time: 35 minutes Serves: 6 4 boneless chicken breasts 2 Tbsps olive oil 1 pack Spicy Cucumber Dip Mix 1 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded & chopped 1 clove garlic, grated 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp lemon zest 1 Tbsp fresh dill
In a large seal tight bag toss the chicken breasts, olive oil and all but 1 teaspoon of the Spicy Cucumber Dip Mix. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to develop.
While the chicken is marinating, make the Tzatziki sauce by combining the yogurt and remaining teaspoon of Spicy Cucumber Dip Mix in a Tara at HomeTM 1 qt bowl. Mix well. Fold in diced cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest and dill. Spoon into a Rammie and refrigerate until ready to serve. Pre-heat grill to medium-high. If using wood skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before adding the chicken. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch squares. Place 4–6 pieces on each skewer. Grill the kabobs for 20–25 minutes, turning frequently until no longer pink.
