Meet Knotical! This pattern was inspired by Tara’s love for the sun and the sea! These vessels easily transfer from the kitchen to become a part of your home decor.
SUMMER PASTA INGREDIENTS: • 1 lb. Thin Spaghetti • 1 Bunch Fresh Basil • 1 Clove Garlic • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil • ½ tsp. Salt • ¼ tsp. Ground Black Pepper • ½ Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese • 1½ Pt. Red and Yellow Cherry Tomatoes • 1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar • 8 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
PREP TIME: 20 Minutes YIELDS: 4-5 Servings DIRECTIONS: 1. Heat large saucepot of salted water to boiling over high heat. Add spaghetti and cook as label directs. 2. In bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, vinegar and shredded basil. Gently stir in diced mozzarella. 3. Drain pasta and place into 3 qt. Tara at Home® Bowl.
