Account Setup: You would rst need to set up your account providing basic business information and your bank account information. Once this is done, you would have to provide us with quality photos of your designs, a little description to accompany them and we would go ahead and upload them to the Zulu Hut website. Now you hang back and relax.

Order Placement: Once an order comes in, we contact you via phone, sms or email and coordinate fulllment of the order with you.

Collection Next, we collect the item from you and inspect to make sure it matches the customer’s request.

Shipping If collection is successful, we go ahead and ship the item and provide both you and the customer with a tracking number so you know when the product is delivered safely.

Payment If delivery occurs smoothly without any request for exchange or refunds, you should receive your money 14 days after the items have been shipped. This allows enough time for payment processing and bank transfers to be completed successfully.

All orders, whether ready-made or made to order, must meet strict production deadlines which is outlined in our Seller Agreement. Failing to do so could lead to loss of customer trust and reduction of sales for your brand.

Clothing Size Standardization Building a great brand requires high quality products and consistency. Customers buying online are often weary of clothes not tting properly. This often leads to returns and refunds which eats into prots. In order to reduce the possibility of returns and refunds you would have to provide Zulu Hut with a size chart accurately depicting the actual sizes of your clothes. This is a great way to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.

Zulu Hut Fees To provide you with the above mentioned services, we take 15% of every sale made through Zulu Hut. For examples, if you sell a dress for $100 on our site, we get $15 and $85 comes to you. This way, you only incur the cost when you sell, which means we fullled our end of the agreement.
